    any suggestions my air screw is still working its way out rode today for about 90 mins it was out about 4 turns out the screw is tight to turn it has the spring seemingly in good condition and i have thread locked it in with the non permanent stuff and yet still it works its way out it is very strange

  6. thanks just downloaded cs suite started it up spent 5 mins trying to work out how to put a pic on it then gave up very confusing
  7. if your going to use the bike join the wires so the fan runs constantly for now no need to worry about overheating

    to be fair it wasnt leaking i was fitting the uprated jitsie pump but whats the point of changing that but leaving the old seal so prevention rather than cure

    it was surprisingly easy just stabbed old seal and pryed it out knocked in new one with socket as advised above i would advise anyone doing this to change the circlip it is very flimsy

    well still got the top end rattle so il be doing that soon but one issue i had today which may be worth you all looking out for my mixture screw undoes itself start 1.5 out within an hour about 5 out so the locktite got to come out for that

    500ml of light gear oil putoline is good or atf for the gear box and im done with the info but if you contact beta uk lampkins im sure they will help you all the best happy new year
