Have you sorted the problem out yet Perce? Would be interested to know what the solution was. Cheers
-
Hey Andy, you thinking what I'm thinking
-
Depends on what you get for your 100k to be honest. In the current economic climate when the main marques are finding it tough, I doubt there are many with the appetite to take that level of risk on an unknown product.
-
I could find a few but I don't think it's as comprehensive as Andy's collection
-
He would be there if he wanted it. Don't look like he wants it bad enough to me
I think he's a real talent and enjoyable to watch. It's a real shame if that's the case but it's up to him.
-
What is the package on offer for the 100k ?
-
what about this one ...
but this one is ma fav :
-
Thought this was more your scene Craig !
-
No just wondering who would take them on in the UK, or maybe they are going to sell them direct ?
-
Do we know the UK importer for them yet?

If you reset your router, keep a note of any manual entries you may need to make this time you senile ol' git
I found some info that suggests the problem you are experiencing can be fixed by flushing the DNS. To do it, follow the instructions below :-
1. Start | Run | (type in) cmd | OK
Carefully type the following in the Command box:
ipconfig /release [ENTER]
ipconfig /flushdns [ENTER]
ipconfig /renew [ENTER]
Type EXIT to close & turn off the computer(s).
2. Disconnect the computer(s) from the router
Turn off the router/modem
Turn on the router/modem
When all modem lights are lit, reconnect and restart the computer(s)
Hope all goes well

Interesting problem and not something I have come across before. I am currently researching this. To be able to access the front page of a site, but not an internal link is weird. This could be that the opening page is stored in your cache.
Are you using firefox or i.e.7 ?
One other question, when you set up the router, did you use the wizard and if so, did it all go ok or did you have to add some information manually? If so, what was it?
-
I agree. I took a good look at it in France and the finish looked second-hand. It wasn't an impressive looking machine at all
-
Unlikely your hard wiring is affected.
The easiest way to check an internet connection is using the ping function in windows.
Try this ...
Click START > Run > then in the box type CMD
A DOS box should come up like below .
Type ping bbc.co.uk in the command line ( as below ) and it should return the info similar to below if everything is ok.
You can try other internet names after the word ping instead of bbc.co.uk to see if you have a connection.
Is it timing out? If it is not, it may be an issue with your browser/firewall/router settings
You could aslo do a traceroute check. Go to this site http://network-tools.com/ then type in the address you are trying to connect to.
Then hit the SUBMIT button.
Scroll down and see if it is timing out on the hops.
If you still having problems, let me know what the type and make/model of the router is and your BB provider and I will look and see if there are any reported issues.

Fortunately, I don't drive through Germany everyday but surprisingly, the tires have held up ok. But if I want stay married (which I do of course), I wont be doing it again
-
Here's a man that has a tricked up scooby and talks to me about mid-life crisis! The last one even had a dump valve
anyway, the fine wasn't too bad at €35 a pop. Could have been a lot worse .
The car ran sweet all week. We completed around 2800 miles in total and got it up to 170mph at one point in Germany.
Its been a good week although I have seen enough Pizza and Tiramisu to last for a while thanks
-
I agree although I think a tougher trial for the youths would have suited Jack more than the others.

Everyone is allowed a mistake ONCE Moved to the correct forum
-
I agree ..... Does that mean we mates now
p.s You will be pleased to know that on the way back, when we drove into Austria (as it was the first time I had driven through it), I mentioned to Julie that this was a stunning looking country . Just then, I saw the blue lights in the rear view mirror and got nicked for speeding.
I also didn't have a local tax disc either of which he said was a €140 fine. When he said that, Julie went into overdrive with her charm and he said he would let that go! Nice man

Andy was like a rabid dog foaming at the mouth taking those pics.
Still think I liked 7 best even though she didn't feature in the final line up
-
I was looking for comments on the sections from people who were there (Like Dabster) to be honest
On the positive side, there were a lot of people there watching and also a big entry, so there are people enjoying it for sure.
Also, besides the actual trial itself, I really liked the whole atmosphere that the little town aspect of it created.
I saw him and he saw me.The look was like gunfighters at 20 paces . No actual dialogue was present..... It's a start I suppose
-
I gotta say that the atmosphere in the little town of Maisse was superb. Closing it off and letting trials folk take it over was pretty impressive I have to say.
On the down side, the sections were a tad on the severe side and some just ridiculous. Asking riders to attempt harder and more severe sections with only 1 minder is going to end in someone getting very badly hurt. I saw many many crashes yesterday (Ross also had a bad fall backwards onto a rock with the bike landing on him). Big rocks, at severe heights, which then get wet!
Anyone else with any comments?
-
Funny you should say that as watching him yesterday, he didn't look comfortable on it at all. It sort of looked like it was too heavy.
-
I took that in 2005 at Nantmawr Quarry. I think he was 16 then
There are quite a few good riders about of course at his level and above, but when he is on the pace, the fluidity and smoothness of the way he rides is just a beauty to watch. This is one of the reasons I follow him. The execution is more interesting to me than the result
anyway...I'm off to the French and Italian rounds shortly to get my fix so must get moving
-
I know I am biased but the way Ross rides up this first step, it really doesn't get too much smoother than that to be honest. It's a shame I haven't got the other riders vids so you can compare.
For BIG stuff, look at this one of Shaun Morris
And then for the VERY BIG stuff , try this splat after all, you did say you had the balls
