Cant help but agree with Ricksta. Before comments are made about lack of interest, maybe you should ensure enough people know about the forum, the proposed date ( something that will not clash with any major events), and the proposed agenda. The first I knew about it was when Pete posted this thread, then half way through the week he had to ask what was on the agenda! Come on guys, publicise and promote it and the people will come. IMHO

He paid money for that so getting him to change it might mean crossing his palm with silver! Does it annoy you enough to pay to get it changed p.s. It could do with an upgrade to be honest. Don't forget the poles and other non nationals working here, pay taxes, NIC and local living expenses which significantly supports our economy. In relation to the badge making, the Olympic committee is like a business just like any other.It has to spend it's money wisely and if getting them made in China does that then so be it. Whether it be Xispa's or badges, its business. Getting everything made in Britain just because its British is not the answer. If we done that then our products wouldn't be commercially viable to sell overseas and that is where the country makes it's money. We must remain competitive on the world markets to survive as an island. IMHO

I don't think that would be a problem selling them at the right price, although if the price is going up, it could mean that in this case, development costs actually mean set-up costs which are probably quite high.

Ultimately, this is all about Jealousy. Because most of us can't ride like the top boys and never will be able to, we would rather mock their style and skill rather than accept it for what it is.
