I cannot get my clutch MC down the bars far enough without it restricting how far I can twist the clutch MC down due to the MC pipe fitting hitting the lower part of the handlebar bend, if I twist clutch MC down to the angle I want the lever there is to much lever length over the hand grip for my liking or the handlebar is rolled to far forward with the right lever length and I am using a short clutch lever.

Photographs on ACU trials licences!
I am waiting to hear back again from the secretary of the ACU with regards as to under which article of EU/UK law gives the ACU has the right to require a photo for the issue of a licence or to discriminate agenised me or others if I/we refuse to submit a photo on the bases faith/religion, personal beliefs, phobia, ethical grounds, protection of ones own personal data or that I have higher forms of proof of my identification.

Check the pads are wearing parallel to their backing plate, if the pads are wearing at an angle it can cause the pistons in the calliper to cant at a slight angle when applied causing stiction between the calliper body & piston.
Other than that if its lack of use take the calliper off the fork and the pads out, get a toothbrush to clean any dirt/etc of the end of the pistons and give a little spray with WD40 then manually push them in, temporarily put the pads in and refit the calliper over the disk and apply the brakes to extend the pistons agene then repeat manually push them in - repeat a few times, on the final time wipe off any excess WD40 or use brake cleaner so dirt/dust wont stick to it.

So dose S4C do English subtitles for the English speaking Welsh contingent (and the non Welsh speaking English contingent!)
Was listening to radio 4 a couple of weeks ago and they were on about how S4C broadcast lots of programs ware the official viewing figures was 0 viewers (excluding kids programs which viewing figures are not collected for) so if enough people view trials via S4C on sky with the program theme of

It is most likely that the piston in the master cylinder is not returning fully, if you have checked the clearance for the lever is ok, remove the lever and the rubber dust seal and check theirs is no dried mud or a bit of grit, sand or rust behind the circlip that holds the piston in the MC which is stopping the piston returning fully

I would buy one because NOT everyone who buys new off-road bikes competes thus WOULD NEVER have registered it with the ACU/AMCA in the first place!
Like most things like ID cards etc they only mainly penalise the innocent person by burdening them with extra hoops to jump threw.
With respect to stolen new bikes, if you bin the frame with the VIN on and the relevant half of the crankcase with the engine number on then you have plenty of untraceable parts to sell, if you wanted to keep the engine complete its extremely easy to get the

WD40, spray on, leave to soak for 20min, spray a little more then rub with a cloth.
Works ok on plastic, paint etc.

There should be some clearance between the end of the master cylinder piston and the lever adjuster that pushes the master cylinder piston in, the clearance is there to allow the master cylinder piston to return fully allowing fluid from the reservoir into the master cylinder chamber, if there is no clearance then the master cylinder piston gets held in a bit thus the little hole that allows fluid from the reservoir into the master cylinder chamber is blocked off/restricted.
Hence the low volume/velocity of fluid arriving at the bleed nipple meaning any air in the system wouldn

How about getting a kids bicycle inner tube etc, fold it in half so the valve is at the end, feed some string/cord threw the pipe to pull the inner tube in to the pipe, then inflate it to try and pop out the dent.
Or you could try some of the inflatable ladies

There are a number of things that influence things
1: if the trailer has a manufactures weight plate on it that states its over >750kg even if the trailer is empty and only weighs 150kg (empty) then you could not tow this type of trailer IF you were restricted to trailers of <750kg, as the manufactures weight plate states its capable of in excess of >750kg.
2: similar to the above if your towing vehicle can tow <1500kg but you connect an empty trailer capable of 2000kg GW (with manufactures weight plate) then agene you will fall foul of the law as the trailers potential GW exceeds that that the towing vehicle and tow.
3: NOT all vehicles are capable of towing 750kg unbraked, as such some vehicles require brakes on trailers above >400kg.
4: if a trailer has an unbaked hitch head but the wheel hubs have brake drums and the stub-axel a brake back plate then brakes then must be fitted and working even if the trailer is under <750kg.
5: if you have an unbraked trailer of e.g. 750kg but it has a static nose weight of more than >75kg when fully loaded with the load evenly distributed along its length then technically it ceases to be a drawbar trailer and becomes a semi trailer as it is superimposing >10% of its weigh onto the towing vehicle thus falls outside the purview of being a conventional drawbar trailer.
(technically semi trailer are trailers that superimpose >20% of its weigh onto the towing vehicle, but drawbar trailers are limited <10% or 1000kg (whichever is less) superimposed weight onto the towing vehicle, as such VOSA lump trailers superimposing >10.01% to <19.99% in with semi trailer due to the grey area in EU/UK law)
6: the maximum combination weight for a car licence is 4250kg, which is a vehicle of 3500kg GVW and a trailer of <750kg GW giving a GTW of 4250kg.
7: e.g. also a 1500kg towing vehicle + a <1500kg trailer should also be ok as you are under 3500kg GTW and the trailer dose not exceed the weight of the towing vehicle.

When I was a kid I had a proper Lambretta Serveta 50cc trials bike.

I suppose it would be easer to have a selection of coloured cable-ties or PVC tape then affix the relevant coloured cable-ties/tape around the relevant side of the handlebar to serve as a simple visual reminder as to what colour flag/gate/marker is on which side.

Thanks,
Just done the bearings, ended up having to dismantle the bearing on the disk side so I could get a little side wriggle to free the spindle from the bearing the other side, then had to put the bearings back into the dismantled one so it could be knocked out
I pulled off the inner seals and packed with CV-joint grease as it

Hi
Thanks for the reply.
Got another job to do on it, the front wheel bearing has a little play in it but joy of joys the spindle is stuck in the wheel bearings (had to take the forks out to get the wheel out ) but I still went for I little ride first (1st time in years), I think I will go the way of good SKF ones as I can get 6 for the price of a
