I am buying a new hebo helmet, but as there is no local dealers near where I live I am having to buy it off the net. Unfortunately the hebo helmets come in sizes small, medium, large, xlarge which doesn't give me much to go on. Just wondered if any of you who have a hebo helmet would be so kind to measure your head and let me know which size fits you. The place I am getting it from will replace it if it doesn't fit but I will have to pay additional postage to send it back, so would like to try and get the correct size first. Its this helmet if that makes a difference- Thanks in advance to anyone willing to help.

could I put dubbin on these? would it not turn them a funny colour?

it says they are on the tag.... time will tell These are the first boots I have had with a liner inside them, they feel like slippers when I have them on....

Thought I would get a few replies like that.... I know they are white, and I will cry when I scuff them on the first rock I ride past..... I was looking for more for comments on how to look after the leather etc so they dont go hard/crack/expand. Atleast they will match the shiny new 08 beta which is winging its way to me.....(eventually)

I have just bought a new pair of Gaernes- I havn't actually used them yet on the bike, but they feel great on, easily the best pair of boots I have had. Got them from trialsuk.co.uk, great service and arrived within two days. Anyway, as they are not the natural leather ones that need oilling, I just wondered what tips anyone had for looking after them as there was no info with them. Thanks

I can get it to work, I just don't get some of the levels that are in the YouTube video, just wondered if anyone knew how to get the full version?

Not sure about getting it fixed. But how did you break it? If it just happened when you were riding and you didnt knock it on anything it might be because you have the wheel spacers in the wrong way around. One is bigger than the other so if you have them in wrong it cound have the wheel in the wrong alignment and causing the brake to put pressure on the bracket everytime you use it. Just a thought....

Found this on YouTube- Just wondered if anyone had the full version of it? I think a few people have posted about the demo version before. Some of the later levels look good and very realistic. Anyone got the full version? Know where to get it?

When you bounce the front forks down does the front wheel/mudguard not touch the new frame? Looks as if it will be very close.

I would recommend tipping your bars further forward, will make you stand up a bit more. The comment about higher bars also seems logical. Just looks as if the bars are in the wrong place, may just be the bike though. If you have some friends with trials bikes have a stand on them and see if they feel more comfortable, then have a look whats different. Even get a tape measure out and measure the distance from the end of the bars to the footrests, and then the footrests to the top of the steering head bolt to see the differences between your bike and theirs.

if its an 08 cannot you just claim in on warranty? it obviously wasnt up to the job!

what plug are you running in it? I had a similar problem with my 03 270 when I first got it, it would only last half a trial before it stopped running and blackened the plug. I solved it by putting a hotter heat range plug in it, an NGK BP5ES, they come as standard with a BP7ES but it was designed to run in the hotter weather of Italy/Spain. You need a hotter heat range plug to make them run right in the UK. Hope that helps.

Check out www.betatrialuk.com, its the website for John Lampkin the main beta importer in the UK. They have full listings and pictures of all the beta models. PLus there is something on there where you can put in your frame number to check it, havn't used it myself so I don't know what information it will give you but it's worth a go.

I've done the level where you have to move the long plank over the gap to get across a couple of times but the game quits itself after I do it. Just wondered if anyone else had this as its a bit of a disapointing end to the game if it is.
