  1. Definitely sounds hydraulic to me. Have you tried doing the biting point thing with the cover removed from the clutch master cylinder, if there was hydraulic fluid leaking back past the seals you may be able to see it returning into the cylinder. Just a thought....
  2. .....I'm WALKING it! In order to raise money for some very deserving Scottish charities a team of 4 of us are taking part in the RBS Caledonian Challenge walking 54 miles across SSDT territory in 20 hours. Setting off at midday we will carry on walking through the night, with the route taking us from the start about 10 miles north of Fort Willaim, down to Fort William, up Glen Nevis, down into Kinlochleven, up Pipeline, over the Devil's staircase, across Glencoe moor and all the way down to the banks on Loch Lomond. So far we have clocked up about 300 miles of practice walks and have lost count of the number of blisters, so please dig deep and take a few minutes of your time to sponsor us for this great cause. PLEASE click here Any donation no matter how small will be very gratefully recieved. Thanks Kirk
  3. Not that I wouldn't love to see Doug win, but I don't think the Carlisle sections will suit Doug's riding style. Big rock steps = Bou and Raga out front Although as it is going to p*** down all weekend Doug could be up there....here's hoping....

Have you checked the split link? If it wears too much it can cause a clicking every time the chain revolves, so would explain why it clicks more when you rev it. Obviously if it is clicking when stationary it isn't that!

  16. you can get the Top Trial Team hebo beta gear (same as browny) from Steve Saunders' website.
  17. 50:1 is NOT 2%........ 50:1 means 50 parts petrol to 1 part oil, so you have 51 parts in total, one of which being oil which gives a oil percentage of 1/51 = 1.96%.
  18. Well i did do a maths degree, so you would hope I could get this right. Anotherfive's method gives a ratio of 51:1 SDC's method gives 80:1 Sam12's method gives 66.6:1 Its quite simple but a lot of people get this wrong and are therefore putting the wrong amount of oil in their bikes. Just convert how many litres of fuel you have into ml (i.e x1000 for those that don't know) then divide this number by the ratio you want. So for 80:1 in 5 litres, use (5x1000)/80 = 62.5ml Simple
  19. to every litre of fuel add 12.5ml of oil.

I can't decide - it's definitely a love it or hate it look. Might look better in real life.
