Sorry, can't help much, because I don't have a TLR, but maybe these will improve them.

sorry Franck, that's bl##dy spell checker for you and me not reading before posting
-
It's art, to those that marvel at detail and engineering.
-
I believe Franck RTL is now lighter than a 4rt and with the engine work he's currently doing, it would be great to see what Steve Saunders ride it and hear what he thought, compared to his factory RTL 270.
-
I was thinking more along the lines of the ti rear brake lever, alloy Kickstarter, ti exhaust brackets, ti exhaust header etc, etc. I think the ti frame would be financially bank busting
-
Some have those crease's, others don't. I wasn't aware that the baffles were welded inside (had a look with my foc) I thought they were held in place with the spot welds on the back only.
-
I've already asked Franck to start production on all the parts he's made for his bike, but sadly there all one off's.
-
I can't send you any info Joe. You need to clear your box pm out. Ohlins shocks were custom built for weight, gold body, yellow Spring. No remote reservoir. Bottom mounting bracket has to be custom made. Speak to Andy with your requirements.
-
Nice welding, I think a factory finish look is well on the cards. I hope you haven't made it too heavy
-
Joe, your pm box is full.
-
Pm sent to Joe, 4stroke and sharvie1 ref Ohlins.
-
I've spoken to his boss and she's said yes, he can go, if she gets a hol in the Caribbean this year
-
A lot of policies won't cover over £5k either.
-
Netherlands, for your answer --------> ZOB???
Is that a Dutch website Franck?
-
Shouldn't a national championship rider be a priority, he needs to be on the bike for as many hours as possible to bond with the bike ;0)
-
You'll have to junk the fibreglass next and get some carbon fibre on the bike
-
If that aftermarket silencer was available to buy, I'd have one, it looks great and I really like the custom made ti exhaust clamps you made too. Did you water jet those?
-
I think the team need to rethink the colour scheme of the riding kit though
-
Your bike is a piece of art, it's fantastic, I can't wait to see it. I love to look at engineering detail.
-
Am I going nuts, or did anyone else read on another website, that Jack was going to be riding a Montesa 300 RR in a Swiss team, this year?
-
270? I heard there was someone in Europe building a an exact copy of a factory 270 engine
-
You might want to have another look, everything is different to the public version. Sewn on soles, different buckles, reinforced gear change, better flex areas etc, etc. As you can see, public boot, new factory rider boot and previous factory boot, all very different. The two factory rider boots have sewn on soles and reinforced gear change
-
Fantastic, Franck,
Looking forward to see your superb RTL. I guess you might have a few more special parts by then too
-
Is Jeroni Fajardo wearing the new 2016 nonstop !!! I say this every year, (the factory riders have had a different design for years) but it doesn't look like alpinestars will ever do a new nonstop for joe public :0( I think the current boot has been around since 2000 or there abouts, with one small change after Dougie broke his toes in a Btc round.
Hope I'm wrong, as I really need a new pair very soon.
-
I heard jack sheppard was going to be on a 300rr this year, with a Swiss team.
