with the paste type of hardener if you mix just the right amount you have to be 100% with mixing the two together ,failure to harden fully is the result!!

you need your certificate of newness from the importer, insurance, a v55/4 from the dvla. fill it in pay the fee, hand it in at your local office , if all ok done fit a no plate and the tax disc !

k the mix ratio is the key, did you use a hardener from a tube?if so thats the problem.

how many f1 drivers slag the car off , same im afraid . even when an engine blows they never directly blame it , its not good practice.

just openened my letter re the bolt to be changed in kickstart system, probably what stopped production. high tensile bolt to be fitted

interesting question , i notice the sheffied bikes have no end restrictor in ps what information sheet?

glad to help it is odd how different dealers supply bikes with all the bits and some with none !

the bike comes with the matt black frontpipe , the chrome one is with the bag of jets and needle, ive got loads of 33,s email me and ill post you one

dabs mine came with a 30, its like that for the black frontpipe. i also got a delorto bag with jets and a needle

the gearbox does not use oil like an engine ,unless leaking it wont change so once in no need to check it between changes
