  1. Damned, now I'm in the mood for dancing instead of trials!
  2. It's a floating disc so yes, it's normal that there's a little play

I used to run my 315R at 80/1 (and run my GasGas the same) and when I removed the barrel it was very well oiled. Your comparison with gearbox oil makes no sense. And here's another well informed opinion: http://www.gasgas.com/Pages/Technical/measuring-pre-mix.html
  4. I don't think there were much engine mods on the later model, but I would go for the later models, the better brakes are worth it imo

  9. In what other sport can you buy a bike that was ridden by a world champ!? Take good care of it :-) How much does the bike weigh with all of those steel parts?
  10. Somebody going to this event? I am... http://www.msig-gressenich.de/

Do you close the fuel tap each time you put your bike away? If I didn't do that, my 315R used to be hard to start...
  12. Yes I was there with my Bultaco, I'm a member of the club in Genk...
  13. Aha! Another belgian, nice, now I'm not so lonely anymore between all the native's
  14. Me too I was also wondering about decent ventilation
  15. Here are some pictures:
  16. I weighed mine and it saves 383 grams And I made an aluminium fuel pump holder kind of like the original steel pump holder...
  17. Man that's a beautiful spot. I can only dream of something like that
  18. See lineaway's post. If I'm right it's very sticky stuff and my local tyre shop hates the stuff because it leaves a mess on the rim when they have to mount a new tyre. Stan's tire sealant on the other hand, can be wiped clean with a simple rag or rinsed away with water. That's why I prefer it...
  19. Have you got decent (Galfer), clean brake pads? Is there no air in the system? Do the pistons in the caliper move freely? Does the pedal have enough free play? Did you try the water trick?
  20. My son used Stan's tire sealant when he road mountainbike competition and most of the competitors use it. It works great. They mostly use tubeless tires. I used it in my rear tire and it fixed two cuts in the side walls of my Michelin X-light tire. I also have it in my tube type front tyre, but I don't know if it works as well in there...didn't have a puncture yet. Most Mountainbike shops sell it in Belgium. It also leaves no muck behind on the inside of the rim. In other words great stuff.
  21. http://mad-suspension.co.uk/index.php?route=product/category&path=2 I had these fitted to my Nissan when the weight of an LPG tank in the boot and a bike rack proved to much for the suspension
  22. Here's how: http://vk.com/video-53308673_166607617?hash=b4336ae459a3f985
