  1. May be to do with the link to the forums is at the top of the web page, so you don't necessary scroll though the headlines. Previously it was at the bottom.
  2. Glad to see Jim's back on the team. They've proven in the past what a great team they are and for sure their going to prove it again.
  3. If the trial is changed to the Saturday night it will clash with the football to which I've already got my ticket. So fingers crossed its still Sunday. If its not Octagon thats changing things last minute its La Liga. PS The indoor trials website still has the trial as the Sunday.
  4. Do you use beeswax to polish pensioners?
  5. The Cleveland entry is balloted so you have a good a chance as anyone.
  6. I'm not sure if I'll manage any this year but you never know. I've quite a busy year ahead. Hopefully will be getting the flights to Krakow booked up in the next few weeks.
  7. Now they've changed the football match to the Saturday as well.
  8. Where did you get the flat tank from?
  9. Milan in a few weeks. Poland for the WTC - evidently Krakow is a top night out. World Cup in Germany. Colonial, Cleveland, Richmond 3 day - all subject to getting an entry.
  10. Sound's like its nothing to serious and we all know Doug's as tough as old alpine stars. I bet the Doctor is thinking, 'not you again!'
  11. The following has been reported on the Indoor Trials Official website for Marseille. 'Dougie Lampkin (Repsol Montesa-HRC) has not even finished first lap after a big crash in section five. Due to the impact he has suffered several contusions.' Does anyone have any further news, how serious is the injury?
  12. Evidently Milan has changed from the Sunday to the Saturday (is this confirmed) which suits me fine as I've tickets to see AC Milan vs Sampdoria at the San Siro on Sunday afternoon.
  13. It appears that the Casablanca round has been cancelled and the date for the Granada round has changed.
  14. Happy Birthday to Fujigas, 26 today.
  15. UEFA bent the rules to allow Liverpool into the Champions League this season. If people let their feelings be known to Octagon (see the e-mail address in an earlier posting on the topic) then we can change things.
  16. Some good photographs, as well. Its a good website, details all the rounds, how to get there etc.
  17. As a wild card rider, Tony Bou will be one of the first riders to attempt the sections. Yet another obstacle in his way.
  18. I understand that the third wild card rider is at the discretion of the organisers. Surely they will be applying for Bou at the events where he is not down as a wild card, allowing the necessary 15 days. As a paying spectator I want to see the best riders in the world and as Bou is probably on current form (judging by the Spanish Indoor Championship)second best in the World, you would want to see him ride.
  19. A bloke in the East Yorks Centre had both hips done at one time or another, he still competes at Clubman National level and is always at the top of the results. Although I know who he is I don't know him personally that's why I am not publishing his name. I hope you understand.
  20. The big difference in Bou's case, compared to that of Alexz Wigg or Patrick Smage is Bou has the potential to win the Championship. Surely the inclusion of Bou would be to the great benefit of the series and the paying public. This in my opinion warrants a bit of rule bending. Raga was not riding defensively, as part of some master championship tactics, he was riding to win.
  21. The e-mail address for the organisers is below. info@indoortrial.com Let them know that you want Tony Bou to ride the full series.
  22. The list of wild card riders has already been determined for the indoor series. Its a huge shame that Tony Bou is not riding them all. I'm sure that Beta most have challenged Octagons ruling. Does anyone know a e-mail address for Octagon, so we can let them know of our opposition to Tony Bou not being allowed to ride the full series.
  23. Was riding a trial on the morning following Sheffield and people were asking who won. When I said, 'Tony Bou'. The usually reply was. 'Who?' I think people will now sit up and take notice.
  24. At 19 years of age, talented and seemingly fearless, I reckon he would go for the big cleans regardless. Look at Fujigas.
  25. It looks like Bou is only competing at Sheffield, Lisbon and Madrid. Octagon have made a big blunder not allowing Bou to ride the full series, as they have affectively ruled out the probable biggest challenger to Raga.
