You want to advertise TC on booze Britain because the amount of people who recognize me from being on the programme is unbelievable. Considering I was on for about 5 seconds. The power of television.
Just imagine if I had beeen wearing a TC t-shirt.
-
When myself and a group of friends used to occassionally get a first or second class award, many moons ago, we all used to have a look at T&MX to see if they'd managed to get our names correct. Most of the time they had't.
I can see in the future when I'm an old grandad sat round the fire showing the grandkids my cuttings. And they'll say, 'but grandad your not called David, Derrick, Demitrius, Damien' ......etc etc
-
I read it twice but understand what your saying. One way in which people can help this website is to, when you order anything form someone advertising on TC, make sure you let them know that.
-
I think TC is by far the best trials website and Andy puts a huge amount of his own time and effort in making it such and the support being given to youth riders is commendable. However, I'll be honest, I cannot see me paying a subscription to TC and I'm sure there are a great many others out there who feel the same. This no way a reflection on the site but mainly down to the fact that I do not subscribe to any other websites.
If some form of finance is needed to help the site continue to be successful and grow, then more advertisers should be stumping up cash. Another trials website (not in this country) sells merchandise, t-shirts, caps, calendars have been mentioned and even customised helmets. I'm not saying this is the way to go but it is an option worth thinking about.
Also what happend with the idea about organised transport to overseas events, something I am very interested in.

I wonder if the trialsworld website will still remain open.
-
Was the paint what was left after doing your helmet?
-
Mac,
any retirements? If so you didn't come last.
-
I would love a trials theme calendar, especially as girlie ones are no longer allowed in today's workplace.
So Andy, what is the minimum order?
-
I've got a full set of TWM. With the first issue and Hawkstone Park issue signed by Dougie. However their not for sale just yet.
-
What about the ACU and / or Shropshire County Council.
-
I thought there were some damn well written articles in TWM, this months has some interesting interviews with Legeune and the boss of Montesa. The format was also excellent. Lets hope some of this will transfer across to T&MX. I wonder if Trail Bike Magazine will now go and publish a YOU HAVE USED WORDS OR A PHRASE WHICH ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THIS WEBSITE. PLEASE DELETE YOUR POST/TOPIC. DO NOT TRY TO CIRCUMVENT THE FILTERS IN PLACE ON THIS WEBSITE.
I think that T&MX should publish an annual YOU HAVE USED WORDS OR A PHRASE WHICH ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THIS WEBSITE. PLEASE DELETE YOUR POST/TOPIC. DO NOT TRY TO CIRCUMVENT THE FILTERS IN PLACE ON THIS WEBSITE, reviewing the previous years WTC, British Championships. People might be a bit more inclined to purchase a one off annual.
-
I also heard that they were ceasing publication. It is a real shame as I actually liked the magazine and its content was certainly improving with every issue.
-
Is there a trials scene in Macau?
-
Kinky Boots,
Can you translate that lot into English for me?
.......
.......
.......
On second thoughts don't bother.
-
Had the very same problem not so long ago. Try looking back at old posts on this forum. A new airbox is approx
-
Plus of course there is only one factory capable of producing a 4 stroke thats as competetive as a 2 stroke.

-
spud,
T&MX is very easy to read because its got nothing in it. I reckon about 10 minutes worth of trials related material.
-
If more clubs would use the TC calendar for advertising events then quite simply I would no longer need to buy T & MX. This site has better and quicker reporting, faster results service and and greater selection of photos and action clips.
Has that earn't me a pint, Andy?
-
Is it me or has the trials content of T&MX reduced. Poor reporting of Ragas WTC win, not a single trials specific item in the new products and certainly less reported in Trials Torque. They are without doubt saving news and reports for trials world magazine. I now only buy T & MX for the trials regs.
I must lastly add that I am a fan of TWM, but its success wiull certainly be at the detriment of T & MX.

Q: Why do women get married in white ? A:So they match the other appliances .....
Isuppose the old virginity tradition is well and truly blown out of the water these days.....
-
You've also got Marc Colomer in Fajardo's entourage. Mind you I'm not actually what he does, except look miserable.
Probably still haunted from Hawkstone 2000 day 1.
-
It seems the problem (if you can call it one) is if you buy a 2005 bike now, you get the 2006 frame, tank and rear guard with vents and 2005 graphics. A sort of 2005 and a half.
