  1. Sorry for the slow reply, but I've been building sections. Steep hill sides, Logs, Logs, Logs, and slick rubber tires, sandy loose soil, gooey mud, Advance will have some big ride ups, but not extreme. Parking is on level gravel ground, I do suggest class A size motorhomes arrive on Friday if possible. 10 sections, 4 loops, on a easy 1 mile loop. sam (574)536-0176

    Sooner Cup

Whats the weather like that time of year? sam
  3. RATS! I would like to go to Fun in the Sun! But have other obligations. Dont forget the Vintage Flat Track is near Hardrock and that is a blast to watch in the evening! Kieth, Sorry, you will not be able to make my comp this year, will see how everyone feels about it afterwards in regards to hosting one in 2009. I think it will be a success, with all the moisture my parking remains solid and its early enough to advoid the mosquito bloom. sam

    Ray's Mtb Park!

http://www.raysmtb.com/ I can not express enough how cool this place is, anyone who pedals a bicycle should check it out! Its a shame that one of the existing parts of the building space could not be used for a indoor motorcycle comp to replace Motorama. sam
  6. I cry foul! Not fair, you get back outside in the slush and cold like the rest of us! Is that JimG's old Sherco with the near future Expert Pilot? sam
  7. Event coming up in the southeast! http://www.trialsin.com/catalog/product_in...products_id=117
  8. Thanks for the rapid response! I did actually shoot a E-mail to Click and Clack! I did talk to a drive shaft specialty shop, they said no promises, bring in after market U-joint and drive shaft, they would place it on some type of high tech balancer. Just thought I would see if anyone out there has experienced this same problem. Zippy and Biff, Thanks for the detailed tips! No barn Biff, I became a little leary of the economy and saving pennies, but this does mean more level parking for the April comp! sam
  9. I have 1997 Honda CRV with a bad U-Joint in rear! My local mechanic says he will not touch it, Honda says must replace drive shaft, $1000.00. I found after market U-Joint for $29.95, with instructions! Mechanic says very hard to install and keep in balance. Any suggestions, I would rather spend money on Motorcycle trials parts! sam
  10. Thanks, for the ride report Chris! Here is the home address http://www.razor.com/
  11. I was told roughly you no longer need to keep such a close look on calculations of time/speed. You simply roll up to each marked section and hammer, and all nationals are held on a closed courses.
  12. http://www.amadirectlink.com/rulebooks/supps/2007/NEC.pdf OK, found this AMA article!
  13. How do you ride enduros with the restart format? Is time keeping/roll chart equipment needed? curioussam
  14. http://www.razorelectricbike.com/ 29r, I see they supply parts also! We want a oslet, trials specific, but are curious about the Razor.
  15. The little electric bike is sold at walmart and various stores!
  16. Has anyone had a Razor, and if so, what do you think? Compared to Oset.
  17. What do you fellow trials enthusiast think of vitamins?
  18. I think biketrials is very intense, the heart rate is screaming and it helps with the fear factor. The first few times I did rear wheel drops off a pic-nic table I was shaking scared!!! I'm a 40 year old novice rider and I still enjoy biketrials, I like to ride old school biketrials, I'm not much of a hopper!

I'm trying to ride more on the shank, I'm beggining to feel more stable. Wow, biketrials is tuff!
  22. Excellent pictures Brockway! Action photos of myself crashing in style and Zippy getting big air! 2008 MOTA looks like a fun year with 2 new riders in the expert class.
  23. Thanks Andy for the new forum! Whats the strips that I see some dirtbikers wearing on there noses(breathing strips)?

    Balls Or Shank?

MTB and Road biking I understand the foot position, I'm talking about biketrials. Just wondering if you biketrials riders on TC agree with the arch pedal position?
  25. Just wondering what foot position you people use while on a pedal bike? I have always rode on the balls of my feet but recently was told you should ride on the arch!
