yes if you leave it on too long it will, im only talking about rinsing with it. it evaporates quickly.

i used acetone to rinse my sherpa fibreglass tank before coating and its still holding up well, its had fuel in it for 10 months and no sign of breaking down. i think it was flowliner i used. cheers

I cant think of anybody offhand, most are down South. I think your best bet is either send it away or try and do it yourself, its not impossible but can be time consuming. I usually do my own now. cheers

if there is a chance the wiring gets crushed under the bashplate i hope i am not on the bike at the time!

My work in progress! Barrel is damaged but I have a spare waiting on a rebore after lockdown. Needs tidying but runs and starts well with mikuni. frame number B4900444 engine number is higher but closer to your frame number, is it true they weren't matching at the time because of tax reasons?

looks like a decent bike, wheels look good and tank seat unit looks good apart from seat!
