More projects.
Thanks for the pics

I notice from previous posts some people are using 'Sammy Miller' Oil tank braced struts, which I assume neccesitate the alloy petrol tank.
Does this make the the bike a oil in frame type and not legible for Scottish Pre-65?
If it is acceptable, is this beneficial to the side alloy tank.
Any comments.
What forks are you people using on your bikes, Pre-65 only.

Thanks chaps, problem is now sorted. Ended up with 110 mains, 36 pilot and mixture screw 3 and 3/4 turns out. It was a duff plug causing the stalling. It also had 33pilot and 108 mains. Needle id is now D49 (alternative supplied needle), mid clip, and it seems to be running fine now. Thanks for your replies guys

I see that some of you have fitted 16T Primary duplex sprocket.
How does this compare to the standard 19T.
I was going to leave my standard primary at 19T and fit the following
13t Gearbox
64t Rear sprocket
420 chain.
What do you think.

Gaff,
I had a set done for the Cagiva, which are not available., pinstrips names and blocks all scanned from old tank.

Cheers everyone,
I called Ray Small, he is sending me up prices etc.
He tells me I can mark and cut casing for his adaptor plate but will have to cut of gearbox teeth with plasma to remove through adaptor hole.
This will save me from splitting cases. I have access to machining equipment and cutting tools so that is good.
My swingarm is already wide apparently so that is also less cost.
Full steam ahead this weekend.
