Hi people , Happy new year . Having trouble with a villiers gear box i'm assembling , 4 speed 9e to 37a type . I have a lot of in and out play on the main shaft , all looks good comparing with a parts book , but should it have anything between the pressure washer and high gear ?? this would take up the play ..Any advise

Anyone else have more info on these forks please , a good photo of the internals would be nice , i have some parts missing , part NUMBER 2135-123 , is it a shuttle washer ...Cheers

The slider's can wear over time , look for another set of bottoms ...

I had a 125 forward kick (200 pro for a while ) swinging arm bushes are different too the 240 ones , i bought some bronze bushes with plastic inners ( Steve Goode or was it Bob wright ) a few years back , swinging arm pin's are the same at 20mm . Mine run with the standard front exhaust , with wes alloy back box , standard airbox , but run better with the 125 24mm carb .

Its worth what people will pay , check past ebay sales ( seems too be the market value nowadays ) , aircooled mono class will be the boom soon , so buy now if its cheap ...........
