I have fitted three sets of these Billetparts/FDOS Design swingarm kits and they have worked perfectly every time.
You do however need to follow the instructions carefully and precisely. Even if the swinging arm is bent it should still work, unless its at the bearing end whereas you would have difficulty getting the swing arm pin inserted as it would be off centre.
Accept the advice given, contact Wayne, he designed this system. It's only fair to let him explain what to do to correct the problem, rather than blast him on here!

Hi all , can falcon rear shocks be refilled with oil and air at home ????? my 6 year son thought they looked like tyre valves , and let one down , he did'nt like the oil coming out on him .If so how much do i need ??? or do i need too send them away......

Spokes are often sent a bit longer , if everything else is ok , just cut and file the extra off ....

If its the torque wrench your on about Chris , the 3/8 drive one should do you for near everything on the engine ..... .... you been drinking too many stella's Chris

If you have a magneto puller , a windy gun (or clutch holder) to undo the clutch centre nut and a hour to spare , its a easy job , no need to split crank cases , both side seals are held in with a holder that bolts to the crank cases , maybe try the mag side first . Flywheel magneto puller ( what ever you want to call it ) cost about

I had one fitted too my 199B , it had D-O-A stamped on it , i bought 3 NOS ones from italy , 1 went on my bike and the other 2 where sold on ...

Are you sure its got the right spindle fitted Chris ????? Bultaco UK know whats what . I think Chris your lacking a lot of knowledge in a lot of area's , and need someone locally to guide you through basic bike maintenance , but its only my opinion ....Keep drinking the stella's Chris

The shaft size is 5/8 , i've tried terry weedy , but he only does ones for the 3/4 shaft ....
