The 125 & 200 pro's have a frame near same as the 240 , both are forward kick engines (156cc for the 200 pro) and (124.4cc for the 125 ) i'm not really sure if fantic put the bike into production or people just fitted the the 156cc top end to the 125 model , then called them the 200 pro ....

I think this is the holding tool

Chris put the head steady on the barrel studd ,then fit the nut and bolt loosely ,then prise the back bit to the frame mount ,and fit the bolt ,it can be a pain but shouldn't really be that far out..... keith

I would pull the engine apart and check the box , going off your first post ,i doubt the missing thrust washer would give these symptoms ....Good luck

Hi there
I've just done mains and seals on a ty 80 engine ....
6204 /C3 main bearings (go for a good brand )
Mag side crank seal 20x35x7
Clutch side crank seal 28x40x8
Front engine sprocket 25x40x5
Gear selector shaft 12x22x5
Sealant for centre cases
You might need a puller (or make one) to split the engine cases
Have fun

Had the same problem with my front brake cable being too long , ended up using a brake- clutch lever adjuster to take up the slack , see photo , also a photo of the clutch adjuster with locking nut , think its a M8 nut.
