there aint alot of places to practise nearby but if you dont mind travelling then matlock is a good place with a few venues like dudwood farm and bracken rocks but to be honest the only thing to do in lincolnshire is to ride the trials and get as much practise as you can whilst doing the trial, you`ll be nakerd like but at least your getting some extra to the sections p.s probably see you at lincoln if your going

any more ideas?? how about the middle box any one get any way of cleaning that as im doing the whole exhaust so any information on all of it really would be greatly appreciated thanks COXY

hi just wondered what you lot do to clean out your front pipe and middle box, heard of a few things just want to make sure before i get cracked on with it can you tell me what you use and how you do it and any pics etc would be mega thanks Coxy

i use 2-3 in rear and 5-6 in the front all the time with a michelin and it seems fine to me, never hits the rim when hitting steps or anything and gives plenty of grip and ive never had a tyre come off the rim yet so im gunna keep using at that

imagine the cost of it all to start with, the cost of bikes would rocket up due to this new technology as they seem to do with any thing nowadays but imagine them like myself who in future years with only a part time job have to save up for a new bike, would put alot of youngsters off which would make a not so popular sport even less popular. also world rounds etc etc the steps would get bigger and bigger and more and more technical so less and less riders would ride because the standard of riding would be immense. it would also take away the fun and testing part of any trial, finding traction which i think is the key to been a good rider so it would take away aspects of trials. so if hrc want to try and experiment with traction control then go ahead just dont bring it out in a sport where traction is one of the major issues of the sport just what i think coxy

ive got a gas gas 250 06 model and a full tank of fuel will last 3-4 hours depending on how much its been revved etc etc but i can do a full 5 lap trial of 10 sections on one tank of fuel just. coxy

try and have a ride on all the bikes and see which one you like best, each one has different aspects which people like about them and that is why they choose them, for

the txt is a newer model than the jtx so will probably be lighter and have better specification and slightly more power, i think that the jtx has a different engine to the txt but not too sure

cleaning stops rust and parts seizing up but it also allows you to see if there is any problems with the bike and it looks alot better next time you ride it, you can also do your maintenance alot easier when the bike is clean

i think he will go downhill with the scorpa to be totally honest, i dont think they have the power for the stuff on the championship route and also they are aloyt heavier than the gassers so yeah i think its a bad move for him

i have been told from a few tyre companies near me that 10 inch mini wheels are no longer available and the only other wheel that will fit is the 12 inch metro wheels which are still available

on my gasser i put two small washers in between the frame bracket and the exhaust and then put the bolt back through as it was rubbing and it has moved it away just enough that it isnt rubbing but not putting stress onto the exhaust brackets coxy

if your on about the rear suspension linkage bearings its a doddle to do just take the rear wheel out and undo all the nuts and bolts holding it together and also the suspension bolt at the top and then the linkage bearings just get a socket which will fit just inside the hole and on top of the bearings them selves and just tap them quite hard ansd they should come out and then go to your dealer or bearing shop and take all the bitsd and peices with you from the bearings and tell them you want some more including bushes and just tap them in with a bit of grease like how you tapped them out and grease the bearings really well and then put it all back together and it should be ok (by the way it may not be the rear linkages that have got movement in them as my rear end has movement in it but i have tried everything and can`t get it to go away!) coxy

i think that 10 pound for the year is very good value for money considering the amount of extras you get thanks andy and keep up the good work
