Jack, If I ever consider getting a job, would you mind writing my resume, looks a lot better than I remember it
I have never ridden trials for anything other than the pleasure of.
What has been done in the past is gone, history, it's what is being done now that matters, and as Al points out, those who do are.
I know where Nasgam is coming from, it does look like I'm picking on Lane, but some bugger has to keep the loonies on the path.

Don't you think you have showed yourself up enough.
-
I can just see Mart now "half a tyre right lad!! now which bloody button do I press".
-
Just a note, and I'm not saying one plug is better than the other.
When doing the temp test on four stroke and two stroke machines in a trial, I noted some 4rt's were running a lot hotter at the header pipe than others, only difference was they had a equivalent plug fitted because they were cheaper than the recommended plug.
I also found this to be true on my own Sherco 4T, the bike ran cooler header pipe temps when using the recommended plug, and the temp difference was immediately noticeable, of course the recommended plug is three times the $

I did hear if I head south with a big bag of cash, I can get a Hollywood face job, and have all the slack sewn to the back of my head
But then I would have to buy a new helmet

Dr Wiltz Wagner, founder of the NATC, has done more for trials than any other man in the USA, a man of great humor and a pleasure to be around.
Wiltz was at a medical seminar in Colorado, one he attended every year, with his wife, who would go running on the hiking trails while Wiltz was in the meeting.
One day she never came back from her run, after months of searching her body was never found, this isn't uncommon in the Rockies, as hikers and climbers fall in areas that no one will ever find them, along with cougar, coyote, and other predatory animals, often little or nothing is ever found.
Needless to say, since this, Wiltz has become a shadow of the person he used to be, and stepped down from heading the NATC, a very sad day for trials.
Wiltz, is a man who has devoted much of his life in the research of lung cancer and is work is helping people all round the world, he also was well grounded with the reality of the trials world, and very excited of the prospect of trials getting into the Olympics, he said to me! finally we may be able to bring the sport into the picture with the prospect of sponsorship from motor companies.
Wiltz wanted nothing more than to see the US at the top of the podium in world trials.
Men like Mart Lampkin, Dave Willoughby, the top men in the FIM, PLUS a whole host of world, US champions and trials leaders, think the world of Wiltz, myself included.
Now Lane, thinks it's a good time to kick the man while he is down, and once again rewrite history.
Well Lane, I didn't think much of you before, but now with this latest attack on a man who is ten times the man you are, or ever will be, I really do think it is time you were given the boot from the forums, your sick posts are no longer worth the harm you are inflicting on people of good standing in the sport of trials.

Craig.
If were going to stirr the pot, let's do it correctly.
No mention of young Patrick in your supported list, why ?
I saw first hand how you supported Steve Darrow at Duluth, the public verbal lashing you gave him, was nothing less than disgraceful.
-
Close Andy, but I wouldn't use the word flame

Good fun weekend at the NATC rounds 1/2, those who can, do!! the sections for the champs were big but very grippe, and I thought the champ riders were both a bit nervous and little rusty being it was the first event of the season.
Geoff, looked the smoothest on the weekend and the results show this, Geoff, can make a living doing this and be comfortable doing so, many top riders in England and Spain can't, Lane would have you believe it makes more sense to bank yourself trying to compete in a closed to elite club championship which only caters for 6 members.
The US championship series seems to be well excepted for all those concerned! and if a world championship career is what an individual is after, then my advice would be do exactly has the last US world champion did, go live and train in Europe.
Lane doesn't ride the US championship, but those that are, do have a say in how their championship is run.
Well done Arizona, another perfect weekend
-
what planet is he from !! alien riders.
Come to think of it, it's not much fun being an illegal alien.
Over the boarder there lies a promised land, where every thing comes easy, you just hold out your hand.
-
Nice picture, but it still looks bloody cold
-
The previous ben nevis picture, the one where you can actualy see the hill, was taken during the 02 trial week.
Nevis hasn't been seen by the web cam since
-
Think I'll mosey on down Arizona this weekend, enter one of them geriatric classes, I here the trisephlapoid Bagger is throwing an intergalactic kegger
-
Men in black is a true account of what is going on!! not all Mexicans by appearance are Mexican you know.
-
I don't know who Slippery is, obviously some of you do.
If it was an anonymous poster from Spain who mentioned riding out to the sections in a van, what would the response be then ?.
Sorry if I offended anyone, I never thought I would be getting flak for not condoning cheating.
Bit of a sad day when it is excepted as the norm.
-
Probably not! she always kept a bag over his head.

This weekend saw the first two rounds of the PNTA championship get under way.
I ventured up there with my two boys for the weekend not quite SSDT terrain, but still time well spent on the bike.
Good fun weekend as usual, although I can't remember a PNTA event that wasn't.
Wilson Craig came out of hiding to win the champ class both days, but the surprise of the weekend was young Keith Sweeten, at 13 riding the PNTA top class for the first time claimed third place on the APEX mont, well done Keith.

-
That bloody Kinell's fault, getting em all wound up!! mi mum said he wer a bad un
-
I think the current cropp of baby boomers will soon be booming a little less, probably in year or two it will sort itself out.
Is the entries from new young riders, more than those who probably will soon be saying enough is enough ?
-
My question Lane!! if the current people who are the NATC, that is!! all the US importers, top pro riders and the national event organisers, are not up to the task, [which I think they are] then who should be doing the job?
