Turn the screw anticlockwise gently and count the turns/clicks and when you feel presure - stop - that's the end of its travel. Turn it gently clockwise and count the turns/clicks again when you feel presure stop. Now you should have a note of the number of turns, set it to the middle and play with it noting the turns each way. That way you can always set it back to where you started. hope this helps.

It's the drain plug on the bottom of the crankcase - for some reason the OEM part is pants - soft as... the smart move is one of these http://www.thehellteam.com/catalogue/c18/c113/p102

If you still have the tank vent tube fitted - check it's not pinched, particularly where its zip tied to the frame tube, or not partially blocked, and check the ball is free in the tank cap - a damn good shaking usually fixes it.

Slack and Godzilla are bang on the money there - Two other tips - this might be obvious but make sure you use 10/30 trans oil not motor oil they are different and - the SY tends to run a bit rich in standard set up - the first thing to do is invest in a new air filter element and oil it lightly - a quick spray inside and out with filter oil and squeeze it through - make sure you keep it spotless - you could also try one size down on the main jet.

Hey Bogwheel
Toby Coleman rode my 198b to win the Aussie Twin Shock this year - it's fitted with 355mm Falcons (an extra 15mm) and he found it spot on.

Re Kick start - apparently some early issues were experienced with the kickstart lever hitting the frame - subsequently sorted and not a problem on mine.
As posted elswhere - mine gets it's first proper outing in the NSW Championships this weekend - I'll give some some feedback - the good the bad and ugly- after that. I'm sure that like all bikes it won't be perfect, but it's performd really well in parctice so stay tuned...

Not looking too good????
An interesting conclusion - if it were any other brand with a bunch of rider prefered extra's - wheels, bars, and carby and some blinged up plastics most byers would say 'you beauty a bargain...'
