Sunday 14th September - get this date in your diaries for a trial on a great piece of ground. All details are on the events calendar and you can download entry regs from there too. Cheers

Got a bloke up here in Bonnie Scotland who's thinking of buying a bike that's down in East Sussex. He can't travel down to see it himself and is looking for someone who could go look it over for him and give an opinion. Anybody help?

Some of you may have noticed the announcement on the front page. I see the ACU want a "junior" version of the S3 Series for riders up to 23. Personally I think we have more than enough Nationals. Aside from the already congested fixture list that forces many clubs to run Trials on the same dates as other clubs in order to fit around National and Centre Trials where do they think these riders are coming from? Those who can already compete in the BTC or S3. The rest can afford to run in their local events or prefer the multi lap format Stop or No-Stop. Then of course there is the problem of finding land to run a 2 lap 20 section trial. Hard enough when you include road work…

I am moving back up to scotland elgin to be precise, in mid may. just wondering how often idmcc run trials? had a look at their web site but I think SACU are still finalising dates etc will I be ok with my ACU liscence or will I have to pay extra on entry fees? will I automatically be classed as non-expert, as I am inter at the mo? what route shall I ride??? So many questions. Can't wait to get some proper mileage in a lap

I just wanted to give a mention and offer congratulations to the Diss MCC who organised a great Trials Demonstration at the Eye Show over the August Bank Holiday weekend just gone. There were 10 or more riders each day, including kids, novices, inters and experts, riding 8 little sections dug out of the showground just to give an idea of what trials is about. Apart from someone or other riding at nearly all times there were 4 or so 'shows' where everybody rode with a background commentary about what was going on. The experts finished off with a few tricks and stunts to add some razzamatazz. Whilst there weren't throngs of people clamouring to know more, there was a stea…
