  10. 6 smartest answers of 2006 SMART a***d ANSWER 6 It was mealtime during a flight on a British Airways plane: "Would you like dinner?" the flight attendant asked the man seated in the front row. "What are my choices?" the man asked. "Yes or no," she replied. SMART a***d ANSWER 5 A flight attendant was stationed at the departure gate to check tickets. As a man approached, she extended her hand for the ticket and he opened his trench coat and flashed her. Without blinking an eyelid she said, "Sir, I need to see your ticket not your stub." SMART a***d ANSWER 4 A lady was picking through the frozen turkeys at a branch of Sainsbury's store but she couldn't find one big enough for her family. She asked a passing assistant, "Do these turkeys get any bigger?" The assistant replied, "I'm afraid not, they're dead." SMART a***d ANSWER 3 The policeman got out of his car and the boy racer he stopped for speeding, rolled down his window. "I've been waiting for you all day," the bobby said. The kid replied, "Yes, well I got here as fast as I could." When the policeman finally stopped laughing, he sent the kid on his way without a ticket. SMART a***d ANSWER 2 A lorry driver was driving along on a country road. A sign came up that read "Low Bridge Ahead." Before he realised it, the bridge was directly ahead and he got stuck under it. Cars are backed up for miles. Finally, a police car comes up. The policeman got out of his car and walked to the lorry's cab and said to the driver, "Got stuck, eh?" The lorry driver said, "No, I was delivering this bridge and ran out of petrol!" SMART a***d ANSWER OF THE YEAR 2006 A teacher at a polytechnic college reminded her pupils of tomorrow's final exam. "Now listen to me, I won't tolerate any excuses for you not being here tomorrow. I might consider a nuclear attack or a serious personal injury, illness, or a death in your immediate family, but that's it, no other excuses whatsoever!" A smart-a***d chappie at the back of the room raised his hand and asked, "What would you say if I happen to come in tomorrow suffering from complete and utter sexual exhaustion?" The entire class was reduced to laughter and sniggering. When silence was restored, the teacher smiled knowingly at the student, shook her head and sweetly said, "Well, I suppose you'd have to write the exam with your other hand."

Dealers are in business to make a fast buck, it's called 'PROFIT' From what I heard, dealers had an unusually small margin in the Rev4's so some of them were relying on a PX to try and make a normal sized margin out of the deal. Either way, they were flying out the showroom doors no matter what... I'm surprised that the bike on eBay didn't sell but reckon it would have done if he'd put the reserve at

So, Steve whipped the Raptor pegs off and stuck a homemade kick start on before you turned up tonight?
  19. kinell replied to betabonkers's topic in Beta
I'm well pleased with the Rev4, I have ridden the Mont 4rt and in my opinion the Beta is the best. That's just my opinion though You would not be a bit biase then Mr Kinell ??? That's why I said it was 'just my opinion'
  20. I bought mine from http://www.raptorracing.biz That was at least 2 years ago and they are still in perfect condition. If the 07 hanger is the same as the Rev4 then yes they will fit. I tapped <ahem> mine into place with a hammer and they swivel like they're on bearings They're worth every penny as far as I'm concerned
  21. I could have sworn it was at Warmden Quarry, Winfields direction
  22. I should have stayed in bed... p****d again Sat night, dragged my drunken state out mi pit and pretended to feel fine. Drove to a trial to find that I was the only one there (wrong quarry, next town) McD's brekky was good so I don't think I was fit to drive to be honest! Went to Back Cowm quarry, paid mi tenner but only lasted 1.5 hours before the hangover kicked in proper. Got soaked through, chucked the bike at a few sections - literally, tried to practice some fast moors and the bike threw me at some rocks. Went back to the van and the immobiliser had me sat in the cold for another 2 hours. Bacon butty van smelt good but I had no money on me Managed to send our lass a text before the phone went flat, she wasn't happy about driving 20+ miles with the spare van key so I was chuffed to get it started. Got home, whizzed the bike in the garage and had a quick look at the TMX to find that I was only 10 minutes away from the correct quarry. Went back to bed at 4pm
