  1. Word of warning dont over tighten your bolts on the bike the person before me who had my bike must have over tightened the bolts on the cylinder head and one stripped yesterday and wouldnt tighten again ..painful job but its well on the way from sorting it now.. Had to remove the cylinder head which means taking out numerous nuts and bolts to make room . Its now getting re threaded for the morning where i have the long process of putting it back together for a trial tomorrow night Gas Gas virtually stripped Is there a certain way to put the bolts back in ?
  2. Yeah get one they are great ive got one because when i got my bike it didnt have anything on that end its a rubber adapter usually maybe you have lost it but i recommend one of those.
  3. Ned where are you actually thinking of doing this on your bike you have a gas gas right ?
  4. Wooot ? they made a game as well?
  5. 1. not sure which bit you mean of a dish shape maybe take a pic ? 2. Theres no need to grease the hub centre as it just uses the bearings if you get what i mean /the wheel bearings wont need regreasing simply because i dont think you can so if theres play get some new ones or if they look nackered. 3. Probably would be advisable to get another spoke incase it broke while your riding or a trial ect.
  6. Is it just catching on like one tooth i think where my kickstart goes down the teeth are lower than the rest on my peg ? Only really thing i could see on mine without seeing what yours is doing.
  7. Which bit is it getting stuck in ? Il have a look tomo when i go on my bike if theres supposed to be a washer on there or something to make it come further out.
  8. Are they customised pegs .. ? im sure my kickstart has like a small cricle thing on the back so it does happen. How hard are you booting it for it to get stuck anyway ?

  17. Youl be alright jack basically they just consist of riding through marked flags even on flat ground maybe slightly on a bank or over a very small rut ect to make it not to boring.
  18. I saw that need some info but needs to be more than 500 words ...can anyone improve it so i can use it for college ?
  19. How much was that ? Is it easy to fit a new one yourself ?
  20. Ok cheers mate , you would have thought though they would have spares for 05 and 06 really.
  21. No its nowt like that because i recently changed the lever over because i broke one and tried it while it was loose ect. How do change thickness of plates then ?
  22. Andy why dont you get rid of the older ones and just keep them in a folder on your comp ? And change the title of them to email if you wish any specific clip or something ?
  23. Air in the system makes it a lot different to what a heavy clutch is i would say it doesnt work properly with air in the system.
  24. Hmmm maybe thats why my clutch is very heavy..because they put a 04 clutch in mine before i got it. Cant you get an 06 or 05 clutch then ?
  25. It should be jus below the fan like a light coloured thing inside the pipe take off both the clips and you can slot them both onto one... like A and B , A and B slot together and then slot on A slot on the thermostat which should make the fan stay on all the time.
