  1. But its true ...im sure your not all that thick ?? Seems abit odd asking for something when you clearly know where you can get it from but you'l ask anyway just for a post.
  2. gasgasuk ? do people not think before they post on this forum ?
  3. Is there not a plastic flap over that lid when you open it up Lee ? Ive got one on mine il take a pic if you dont know which bit i mean , mine seems to collect most of the crap before going in and i very rarely have to clean out my airbox. There should be a seal around that top lid as well like a rubber tube all the way round which seals it. And yeah you can get the wider flap from gas gas uk its worth it anyway cos it covers your shock as well so you dont get crap down there.
  4. Like Ham said matt check your bars because my old bars used to squeek and creak , which it could be just makesure they are tight up clamps , brace and lot.
  5. Do you know where its getting in ? Have you got one of those Wider mud flaps for your gasser if not i advise you get one.
  6. I maybe coming down with my friend and his family..3-4 or us.
  7. "why cant i get this heap of scrap off the floor" haha...
  8. Had a mess about Pink sherco for the girls.. Blue Mont - Green gasser.. And maybe this is what a Beta would look like in blue ? I know its sherco sections but theres not much point in starting a new thread for them.
  9. Probably Photoshop great prog unless oyu use something else Atom, but photoshop is a big programme and needs a lot of learning to use. Love the Lime green one tho...just like green for some reason
  10. LoL i like the one of michaels minder shaun, hes a good laugh when riding. Clicky
  11. You know you say you tipped it on its side was that to get the oil out ? Because i know most gassers or even all of them have a drain hole/plug under the sump/bash plate have a look and drain it out fully that way first. Then fill it up from the top or side. What bike is it by the way, year ?
  12. Is it because youve got a gap between the carb and air box tube ? I know for the gassers you can get a metal adapter for them from ebay which the guy is on here ..not sure if it fits a sherco tho..
  13. hah guys ... nice bike loving the mods
  14. If you find that it isnt the chain and is where you stand then get your cobbler to put to extra pieces of leather on the boot for you it doesnt cost much either for it done and will save your boots.
  15. Yep CBT = 50s Full licence = anything upto 33bhp (which is how you can ride your 250 trials bikes at road trials at 17)
  16. I know Arron (beta basher) has been testing one as well hes got pics as well if its trouble to go take some Andy ...im sure he'l be on tommorrow sometime. Got to say ive got a trial cast one for my gasser and it works a treat. Not sure when Trial cast are going to bring them out tho..
  17. Engine cover looks good you dont really need the lever M/c covers i wouldnt have said ....rest apart from the radiator/front exhuast you could do yourself with the self stick carbon look sheet which you can get for about 20 quid for a big sheet which ive just done and will be doing my exhaust and swinging arm probs.
  18. Says on the GG site the maybe coming out with red rims as standard. Also get a Trial cast boost saver i have my boots are doing fine...
  19. Yeah i just clean mine and oil / saddle soap what ever them while they are drying so it dries in and makes them soft got them new at christmas doing ok no holes maybe a bit of wear on the sides but thats how i stand...although you can just get a cobbler to put a patch down the side of them so they last longer.
  20. Not sure if he lets them sort of secrets out
  21. i find mine goes in better with more revs/speed well not revs but if ur goin pretty fast on the brink to change to 6th..obviously dont pagger it in 5th.
  22. my 250 is the same you have to remove the clutch and measure the plates they should be 9. something althogether and they swell up so you have to buy smaller or bigger plates to make them the right size....easiest thing to do is email Kev at gas gas his email is on the gas gas website.
  23. I do plenty of "speeding" down the road in 5th and 6th gear mines never stalled or over heated .
  24. Maybe change down a gear ? 5 and 6 are more road gears on the pros ... so theres nothing there for them if you slow down 5 would be orite if you were going reasonably fast. But within reason you can actually set off in 3rd maybe even 4th (although that might not do the bike any good).
