They come from the factory brand new with that kind of tolerance, buy some petrol and premix and enjoy. The used 315s that I've seen have had a tiny amount of play in the bottom bearing of the shock, this is amplified at the end of the swing-arm, don't sweat. I know nothing about the bike in question but here it is? in a short Japanese championship video (pun? ), I think the rider's ability is flattering the bike a little, he seems to be very capable.
