Gas Gas boy is definately the favourite of the autos,we had a Gas Gas cadet good bike but a little gutless think the beta would be better but get the last one they made think it was 07-08 they had six speed gearbox and hydraulic clutch,only problem with the Beta or the Gas Gas is they are like hens teeth to find.

Sounds like an electrical problem,possibly coil but i think the 280 Gas Gas suffered with regulator problems. Good luck.

You say they have changed crank seal could it be the other seal thats gone,you can also use wd40 to spray on inlet manifold to check for leak ,does sound like bike is sucking air from somewhere. Good luck.

i do the same wd40 after every wash....no probs so far

Think he does the work on the team bikes but probably does the work on customer bikes also

Sounds like it could be sucking air from somewhere,check carb to barrel rubber for cracks or main bearing seals.

Keep changing oil & see what happens

DONT THINK A CLUTCH BASKET HOLDING TOOL IS VERY EXPENSIVE BUT HAVE JUST HAD A THOUGHT ,NOT TRIED IT WITH CLUTCH BASKET REMOVAL BUT BECAUSE ENGINE IS STILL IN BIKE & CHAIN STILL CONNECTED IF U PUT BIKE IN FIRST GEAR & GET SOMEBODY TO HOLD REAR BRAKE ON THAT SHOULD LOCK CLUTCH BASKET & MAYBE U CAN REMOVE NUT THAT WAY.

When u buy an air gun it should tell u what psi u need to run it,u b better off taking bike to garage or tyre fitters & get them to take nut off for u or buy clutch basket holding tool because remember u still got to put that nut back on with a torque setting & u wont do that with an air gun.

TAKE HEAD & BARREL OFF & HAVE A LOOK AT PISTON & RINGS

HI,DOES ANYBODY KNOW OF A WAY TO SEAT A TUBELESS REAR TYRE,HAVE TRIED PUMPING UP WITH 150LTR COMPRESSOR AND NO LUCK THEN I TOOK IT TO KWIKFIT AND THEY FAILED TO DO IT.

2006 scorpa has silver frame 2007 has black frame.

You should b able to replace both crank seals without splitting case however i would not think crank seals would cause engine to run flat out think problem is more likely to be carburetor. good luck.

If its evo 80 sitting on bike left fork take spring out fully compress 120mm air gap right fork with cartridge fully compress 60mm air gap

The beta mini trial engine is the same as ktm you should get all the parts you want from lampkins beta,there is complete mini trial engine on ebay at moment. good luck.
