Had the flywheel cover off my 2013 bike
And it looks like is hasn't been off very often
By the previous owner and there a bit of rust
In there, given it all a good spray with wd40
Is there any way of any crap getting in to the
Motor from there? And us it worth taking off the
Flywheel And giving it a proper clean ?

Made a bleed device for the clutch, just pop it
On the nipple open it and squeeze the bottle with
The master cylinder lid off and hey presto
-
ordered the repair kit off Nigel Birket as the AJP kit
fits the new braktec master cylinder just need to use
the original washer and circlip. will I need to bleed
the system ?
-
Got a bit of a weep from the braketech clutch master
Cylinder, it's coming from the piston rubber.
Is there any thing I can try before I spend £50 on
A seal kit

SRG Motorcycles in Italy fantastic service only

Ossa uk recommend you use a small tube for the first section
Then use a bigger diameter for the rest
-
Yes it is csp fuel cap from Steve Saunders it fits better than
The plastic one and doesn't need the breather tube
-
Just had a play with a set of front s3
Rim tapes I had left over, get them hot
Enough and they will mould to any shape
-
Done mine tonight, drilled it with 5.5mm drill and it stops
At the splined bit, then tapped it out for a M6 bolt and fitted
It with a copper washer, I've made a spare bolt to carry with me
Just in case.
Going to change the oil over the weekend
And fill it back up with 450ml
-
What about Andy metcalfe can't he help
-
I've just taken the current breather elbow out and a
m5 bolt looks like it will be too small, just inside the
casing I can see a spline, am I tapping out the first
part or the spline as well ?
-
yea same here, I've just ordered some m5 copper washers
as soon as they come I'll have a look at it. i was hoping
the current breather may be threaded now
