On the nipple open it and squeeze the bottle with
The master cylinder lid off and hey presto

fits the new braktec master cylinder just need to use
the original washer and circlip. will I need to bleed
the system ?
-
Got a bit of a weep from the braketech clutch master
Cylinder, it's coming from the piston rubber.
Is there any thing I can try before I spend £50 on
A seal kit
-
Give Andy at Pennine Trialsport a ring
He's got them all in stock
-
long carbon frame guards have just arrived from
SRG Motorcycles in Italy fantastic service only
paid for them on monday
-
Ossa uk recommend you use a small tube for the first section
Then use a bigger diameter for the rest
-
Yes it is csp fuel cap from Steve Saunders it fits better than
The plastic one and doesn't need the breather tube
-
Just had a play with a set of front s3
Rim tapes I had left over, get them hot
Enough and they will mould to any shape
-
Done mine tonight, drilled it with 5.5mm drill and it stops
At the splined bit, then tapped it out for a M6 bolt and fitted
It with a copper washer, I've made a spare bolt to carry with me
Just in case.
Going to change the oil over the weekend
And fill it back up with 450ml
-
What about Andy metcalfe can't he help
-
I've just taken the current breather elbow out and a
m5 bolt looks like it will be too small, just inside the
casing I can see a spline, am I tapping out the first
part or the spline as well ?
-
yea same here, I've just ordered some m5 copper washers
as soon as they come I'll have a look at it. i was hoping
the current breather may be threaded now
-
excellent service from trial parts, breather come in todays
post !!!
jsp
-
found them at a place in Austria i think
£75 posted so thats only double the price
of the trick bits plastic ones but the
carbon ones are twice as long
-

go right up the frame.

Get any long carbon frame guards, I
Have seen them on a satellite teams
Bikes but can't find where to but them

as tough as old boots
-

the website isnt up to it at the moment but if you email him
emi.koessel@googlemail.com I'm sure he will be happy to help
only £3.70 to get one sent to the UK
-

http://www.billetparts.co.uk/catalog/fantic-breatherfiller-p-146.html

to finish the order, just seen this one on a auction website
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bultaco-Fantic-Trials-Gear-Box-Clutch-Oil-Filler-with-Breather-Sherpa-Pursang-/380840887715?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item58abe2c5a3
its apprentley 12mm across the threads
-
where would you fit it, as a replacement for the filler point on the
kick side start ?
-
spoke to the dealer that last worked on my bike and
he had refilled it with 400ml of gear oil, got some
clear tube on the way so i can keep an eye on it
-
When I got it the breather pipe had
Been replaced and it goes right up the
Frame and finishes up near the top of
The air box, so the oil has to travel a
Fair way up
