    Ossa Clutch Breather

I've just spoken to Nigel Birket and on the 2015 bikes they have moved the breather on to the top section of the casing near the kick start as the 2014 breather behind the kick start was no better http://www.ossamotor.es/phpsoft/biblioteca/arxius/PART_LIST_OSSA_TRi_2015.pdf

    Ossa Clutch Breather

Canada280i, I've got filler breather fitted but find it keeps throwing oil out of it which is down to the design of the ossa lubrication system Aprently it throws oil got the clutch side a cross the bike. me and my dealer have had a chat and his idea as to drill and tap the casing behind the kick start and fit a small angled grease nipple with the ball removed ??

    Tr280I Winter Makeover

sorry to sound thick but what are these ratios in ml ?
  9. you need to modify any other wheel to fit, I bought a Jitsie one from bosi in italy which was a cheaper option than a fabi ossa wheel still expensive but I think worth it

    280I Info

I've had a 2012 std bike which I loved and now got a 2013 Factory R and I love that as well, I still dont seem to have the starting knack but I can live with that, it still makes smile when I ride it. excellent suspension, loads of grip, ease of maintance. Only other bike I would consider would be a vertigo

    Promo Vid

now I like how the vertigo sounded, dont think I'll be rushing in till they have a least a year of production under there belt to iron out the niggles.

    Ossa Pros And Cons

I'm on my second ossa, first one was a brand new 2012 bike which was excellent had to fit the 9v easistart system as I dont seem to have the knack of starting ossa's. I now have a 2013 factory replica and its awesome, this bike will climb anything, I sometimes feel it running away from me but not very often. Trials and tribulations have enough spares to nearly build a new bike, and most items are next day delivery. I check the air filter every week but it only needs cleaing ever 2 or 3 months, no carb to clean or fiddle with !!!!

    2014 Factory R

I wasnt too sure at first, but it has grown on me, think it looks a bit dark looking from above but from the side its cracking. maybe needs a few extra gold items to go with the tech forks

  16. Try haven trialsport as well as they do items From top trial team
  17. Sorry 437 I didn't mean to rub it in !!!! Honest
  18. 437- the vented oil filler cap is a sucsess, very easy to block the original vent and the vented cap works a treat. I dont really find the 300 that much of a handfull compared to the 280, I did put my slow action throttle on and its ok, thats all I'm doing with it for now. you did miss out on a belter it had only done 30 hours when I got it !!!!
  19. Right I've fitted the easy start with the micro Switch at the kick start, but it seems to just be Running the fuel pump and flooding it, so I've taken That off and fitted a kill switch on the handle bars, How long do you need to hold it down before you Start it ?
  20. ric h - no your shouldnt have bought a sherco !!!!
  21. ordered my ES9v kit today from Birketts, you can also send them your capacitor and he wires in his own version that includes a kill switch to operate from the handle bars. I looked at the info on the start assist and it was a bit of a chew on for me to do in the garage jsp
  22. I must admit I've been hacked off today with the starting, but once it's running it's a fantastic bike.
  23. Mines been a pain to start last week and this week when cold, not sure I'm kicking it correctly How's everyone else doing it ?
  24. nigel birket uses the sag method
