    What Maps?

I don't think this question can be answered until you confirm what standard you ride at. Bytheway I've been told the Laia (who is Maria?) map is set up for a 260cc 4RT.
  2. Have the Germans invaded? Have they run out of mayonaise to put on the chips, is the Stella brewery on strike? Seriously though, if no explanation is given for the cancelation then it is a very sad day for trials and does not bode well for the future of the sport.
  3. So Toni Bou, not unexpectedly, won the 2007 Outdoor WTC to match his indoor title. Laia Sanz won the Women's 2007 European title and should surely gain another world title. Dani Gilbert won the 2007 European Championship and Montesa sealed its second consecutive manufacturers award. These 4 strokes will never catch on.
  4. To cancel a World Round just over a month before it is scheduled to take place is unbelievable. You would expect it of Octagon in the indoor but not the outdoor series and as yet no official explanation has been given on the FIM trial website. I'm sure there are plenty of disgruntled riders, factories and of course trials enthusiasts who have already made arrangements and gone to great expense to attend the Spa event, which was to be the final round in the series. These people, and I'am please to say I am not one of them, deserve an explanation and it better be a good one....
  5. I wouldn't complain about that. The circuit is awesome, but I've said for ages there's far too much man-made stuff in Belgium. Bring back Germany. It was a bit of a one-horse town, but Gefrees was a great round (nothing to do with that mahoosive beer tent they had, honest!) Gefree's had beer tents all over the course. I would happily go back there. Whilst it was always on the cards for a Bou win, I pity the riders for whom the two remaining rounds were an opportunity to move up the rankings. Dib's is one rider who springs to mind, is it still possible for him to break into the top six? Anyone know the reason why Belgium was cancelled at relatively short notice. You expect this type of thing from Octagon in the indoor but not outdoor....
  6. Stella, Juliper, Kriek there's a few good reasons to stay in Belgium. Well done to Toni, a deserved and worthy champion.
  7. Thats another valid point, try riding a few different venues and even venturing out of Centre. Can't beat a bit of variety.
  8. I would have thought it would be finished sometime after 3.00pm.
  9. If your not enjoying it, take a break. Mind you Sunday's are exceptionally dull if your not trialing and theres always some job that needs doing. You could always go down the pub, instead of wasting the day.
  10. The rider who wins the shoot out will be the one that deserves the ride. Past victories, recent performances and titles will count for nothing, when a rider is out there in the middle of the Arena. All talented riders and good luck to them all and what a fantastic opportunity Avondale is giving these future stars.
  11. I don't think the luvvie photographer who, 'wasn't used to people talking when he does a fashion shoot'. would take much scaring. Bytheway Denzil is more Ken than Gary.
  12. It is anything like his performance in the British Championship he wouldn't be interested.
  13. You get back to your Canine website!!!!!
  14. Now if its a choice between being a Geordie or sheep shagger..... Come on the Toon!!!!!!!! However to put the record straight, both myself and DJ Denzil were born in North Yorkshire!!!!
  15. --> QUOTE(John.B @ Aug 11 2007, 06:23 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Should n't the title be " Smoggie boys get smoked" I keep telling them............
  16. The press embargo is obviously not applicable to a certain 'Spanish' trials website. Does this mean that you cannot take photos or report on the bike at the next WTC, in Andorra on 2 Sep 2007 or will it be lifted by then?
  17. I am more than happy to confirm that this report is true. Myself and DJ Denzil had the great pleasure of witnessing the rebirth of a legend. Anyone who can ride at such a high level, whilst being 4 stone overweight, is guaranteed my life long admiration. The huge effort, commitment and sheer determination was evident by the enormous volume of sweat cascading down his face and that was before the first section. His skill only matched by his modesty. I look foward to the next five minute training session. Lets hope Dib's isn't getting to attached to that SSDT trophy.
  18. I wouldn't read too much into it.

    Flying 4rt

aye, try it on a ****co & the suspension would explode. Only with Bikespace on it I was lucky enough to see Bou, Raga, Raga's minder and a guy on a 4RT with RTL plastics playing on the motocross jumps at the Czech World Round.
  20. The jury is out with me on the 2008 Repsol, I would like to see it in the flesh first.
  21. Good on you for continuing the fight. Have you ever thought of standing for Mayor?
  22. Up the Hammers!!!! Gertcha!
  23. I'd rather stick pins in my eyes.
  24. Happy Yorkshire day to all our thrifty, flat capping bearing folk.
