They have a ladies team, but not a mens. It's political

Ignore the truck. It's not about the massive truck. Compare the tents and the presentation.

    I wasn't referring to you.

No problem. Only thing that's not allowed is spamming dealers trying to tout their wares for free. You know who you are...
  5. It didn't seem to lack power, but then he was riding the green route. Dunno how it would have coped with the big stuff. The downside was the bloody great battery backpack (which looked very heavy) he had to wear between sections. It was plugged into the bike so some kind of charger or booster pack. There's something just not right about electric bikes. They don't make the right noise!
  6. Because he wanted to win his home GP
  7. If raga wins, Bou must be second. Third again would be no good to him
  8. Bou says he has not ridden much since his injury at Penrith, but a lot of it is psychological. Tomorrow will come down to who holds their nerve. Spoke to Adam tonight and he's on good form but the pressure may just be too much.
  9. It's Peterheid. A'body kens 'at, loon

Removed from Classifieds. Can't be a****d with people who delete then re-add adverts to bump them to the top. It's not fair on others who use the facility properly.
  11. From last week: http://www.trialscentral.com/forums/topic/46930-which-is-best-beta-evo-or-txt-gas-gas-2013/
  12. That's because the second amendment gives you the right to bear arms.
  13. eddie's a bit grumpy. Don't pay any attention to him.
  14. That's correct, but I don't think it's restricted to just ladies. Attached MONDE 08 PRE FRANCE 2013.pdf
  15. Just seen the pre-entry list for Isola and because they're running Ladies WTC and Mens at the same time, plus the fact a lot of riders have come early for TdN the following week, the pre-entry list runs to 132 riders. No shortage of stuff to watch.
  16. Thanks for sharing. I love the fact these forums attract folk from all corners of the world PS. Can I have the girl in the blue top? She looks well dirty
  17. This has now been confirmed Aside from the who should be in the men's team debate, it's good to see Joanne Coles back. The ladies should be in with a good chance of winning.
  18. Isola 2000 is a ski resort which means it has plenty hotels and restaurants. However, because it's off-season, not all of them are open. You should be able to find accomodation no problem though if you book now and whilst those restaurants that are open are busy, as long as you book a table, you'll be fine. In terms of the Trial, it's all set around the lower ski slopes so it's all easily walkable. If it's the same as previous years then no section would be more than 10-15 minutes walk from the paddock. Last time there were no big crowds so it was easy to get up front and get a good view.
  19. and the best bit is it has the full support of the local authorities and the police. That's what happens when the Godfather of the Barrhead Mafia makes demands
  20. Because when this was looked at as part of a world trial planning in the UK, the council wanted £30k to close the required road!
  21. It's pretty much as Dabster describes it. I'm sure it looks very nice in winter covered in snow, but off season it's a bit of a 60's concrete jungle. Very easy to get around. Everything is set around the lower ski slopes so nothing strenuous to walk. An alternative might be the Trial des Nations the weekend after at La Chatre. Still in France, but in the middle so not so far to drive. Ladies World Champ on Friday, Ladies TdN on Saturday and Men's TdN on Sunday. Atmosphere is good at the TdN as the only ones who really take it seriously are the Spaniards so there's good banter and it's more relaxed.

The site was offline for a while for upgrade and changes. I see since it's come back (last week I think) the link for new customers to learn more about ordering parts isn't working. I'll let them know. I seem to recall from the old site you had to go to "Downloads" at the top of the page and download the relevant parts diagram for your model and that would help in determining what you needed to order. I can't be 100% sure on that though, but I *think* that's how it worked.
