hi you will find it is not the pressure u need it is the volume of air that is needed, you need to be putting more air into the tyre than the air that is escaping.

make sure you have a stand under the sump otherwise when you take the top bolt out of the rear shock it will all fold up on you. when you have removed the bolt support the rear wheel so as to not break off the rear brake hose from master cylinder.

Hi i too was in the same dilemma as you at the end of last year, as i was riding a 250sy and have done since they first came out. I wanted a new bike but weren't sure if to get another 2 stroke or a 4 stroke, after thinking long and hard about it i went for the 4 stroke and jumped into the unkown. Now i have it i feel i have made the right choice i have had it 4 months now and not really had any problems at all, i had to change the main jet and lift the needle one notch but thats it if you can call it a problem.

If it were me i'd be looking for water in the carb and was it cold (weather) when you washed the bike? If it ran fine up until you cleaning it the problems with water running down the throttle cable could be the answer. If it was cold on the day you cleaned it i know from experience water can freeze in the carb very quickly you'd get the same kind of symtoms you have said and this happened to me on a Montesa 315 .....best of luck what ever is causing it. Left out in the sun for half an hour sort of gives it away what the weather was like!!!

I notice there is not any pictures of you getting over any of those logs i take it you didn't or you ended up in a heap!!! Just look at the body position on those pics Don't you just know he must of ended up in a heap Yes i know what you mean from the last pic he looks like he is trying out a new style jet pack as his feet aint attached to the bike!!
