I went for a Beamish Suzuki 250
loving it, I'm finding it a really nice bike to ride
-
Finally got out on the Beamish yesterday at Dudwood farm
had a great afternoon practicing
-
Welcome to the site.
I went out yesterday for the first time on my Beamish Suzuki.
Had a great day
-
I have run the Beamish on Putoline TT Trial pro at 50:1 with shell V power today.
bike ran great.
Good clean throttle response and the fuel/oil mix feels about right, the fuel/air was just about spot on also
-
If you can get full length springs, they will be fine .
they use the spacer as its cheaper than having a full size spring
-
Back from a great afternoon, learnt a lot. 2 riders were good enough to spend some time with me got better as the day went on. tired out now though, I need a cold cider for sure. please with my first day, so 1st mission accomplished.

thanks for the great advice
I thought so too

It does what it says
It boosts the Octane rating a little of the fuel, I'd have thought it isn't needed in a trials bike as there not in a high state of tune.
-
Having never compeated in trials, I got a Beamish 250 back in April and im now in a position to ride it.
Few bits needed doing to the bike, I needed a trailer and a tow bar.
everything sorted now, so I'm out for the first time this Sunday.
Not in a trial yet, just a practice, been kindly given permission to ride at a well used trials venue.
Cant wait, excited and nervous lol

Yep 195cc each leg on the black engine Beamish and 15psi air
-
I wouldn't have thought they would have missed something like that off the exploded diagram if it was in the forks.
Its a pretty big omission if they did.
hopefully jim will have the answer.
I have asked a few with a Beamish about it, just waiting on replys
-
these should be all the parts in the forks
-
Think jim on his hols.
i emailed him on the 26th last month and still wiating for a reply and jims usualy really fast with his replys

From the A6 Matlock to Bakewell Road, turn left sign posted Youlgreave before you get into Bakewell,
carry on right through the village past the church on the left hand side and the pub on the right,
past the Farm Yard inn on the right hand side. Carry on up the road where there is a small car park and allotments at the end of the village.
Go past the Middleton turn off 100 yards the gate will be on the right hand side.

In the UK most of the Super plus fuels are said to be ethanol free
