Just run a tube in the tyre

That's if you running a 26mm, the stock carb is 28mm though

Have you changed the pilot jet in the carb ? 250 is 27.5 and the 325 is 20 main jet is the same. I'd say yes just give it a little time to bed in, so don't rev it out

You would need a lot stronger springs I'd have thought. just try it with no air , its way to soft. maybe get the springs & caps off the older Beamish that didn't have the air assist forks
