That was what got me about Chris' bike. It's a work of art, it's clever and, IMO, possibly the best looking trials bike I have ever seen. It's (probably) in the rules. But is it in the spirit? I always assumed that twinshock trials or mx was about getting that bike you drooled over 30 yrs ago and having a good ride with yr mates. Maybe I misunderstood?

Piston goes down = positive pressure in crankcase. Piston goes up = negative pressure in crankcase. Works both ways Dave. P.S. It will pressurise the drive side because it is easier to push air from the crankcase through the seal during a downward stroke of the piston than it is to suck ATF back into the crankcase through the seal during an upward stroke.

Leguna Seca has proved, I think, the turning point of the season. Stoner ran a mature and aggressive race and was in a different league. His pass on Pedrosa was inspired (probably by Rossi at Leguna 3 yrs ago ) and the way he reeled in Lorenzo was mature. I think he may have broken Jorge mentally.
