Hi Nigel where do you get yours made , as we have used the paper ones in the past and they do last well the only problem we had with them is they can be a bit big and clumsy and can swing about a bit when your riding.

At our club we have in the past used paper round bags to carry the pegs when marking out (we use 1 per section and then leave the bag at the section making it easy to pick up the pegs after the trial). Recently we tried some cheap haversack type bags but they have not lasted long getting soaked setting out and overnight at the section is not what there designed for I guess and they need replacing. What do other clubs use is there a good alternative to the paper round bag ?

Hi Nelly Our trial should be of a similar severity to the normal Man17 dead easy with the easy route really easy RHQ isn't the most forgiving of venues if its wet but we wont be using the whole venue and will be a short lap than a normal trial. As totalshell says your daughter can just do a section or sections or parts of sections she feels comfortable with no pressure. Don't think anyone will mind if she likes one section and dose it 20 times as long as shes happy.

I have been reliably informed by the clubs that both the Wrexham and Cheadle trials (20th Jan) have been unsurprisingly cancelled due to the snow.

Still got a pair of BREMA trousers in blue. Oddly enough I can't get in them anymore,are they worth out?

My 2004 gas gas 200 had a complete rear silence unit (no end cap) I just got someone to cut it open and refill with packing and then welded it up again wel worth the effort. Same can be done for middle box. Not sure if all 04 had this rear box or just the 200.

How much Oil and what type is best for a 301, will a synthetic oil be Ok ?

Had a 97 250 and loads of gassers since I've not had any problems with the 97 or any since , you just need to keep them serviced especially the rear linkage. Thinking about it the 97 used to eat fork seals but there not bad to hard to change. Cheers

If a trial is run on a closed or club permit you will have to join the organising club but if its run on a open permit you only have to be a member of a ACU club. It won't matter if the clubs in another centre any ACU club member should be able to enter any open trial in England. Think thats correct!

I bought some for Macctrials from Lisa Jayne Fashions 01924 404030 really good value, think there in Leeds, man17 have had bibs from same supplier over the years.

Ive got one on a 08 , really like it , after having a 200gasgas which I thought was the best bike ever. This is its equal with more power.
