Cracker Zap, Saffer Zap, Spic Zap, Redneck Zap.
I am offended no one thought of us rednecks!
-
Well, I would say if it is milkey, and not from coolant, then your water crossings may be the culprit, cause a surge of water can still hit the cases causing shock cooling and sucking in water from the vent tube at skidplate level.
Might insure vent tube is run up over carb then back down to plate level.

Like lineaway said. In the dry rocks, that tire is just broken in!
-
I like a nice cool wet towel tucked into the neck of a T-shirt or jersey! Refresh out of the camelback if need be!
-
I found drilling my nuts was painful, so I just tied wire around my nuts.
Well that was painful too!
I have some chrome plated nuts now!
-
Seems the actual side cover was thickened as well on the later bike, but one must consider what starts all this! Primarily bashing the plate when one forgets to use the tires!
-
Well, if that fat lad Bruce cannot manage to rip the plates off, no one can!
Tell him Copey said hello! Got to know him a bit while here in the states.
-
This is why I said a 3/8 gun. However a poor 3/8 gun may not be up to the task. A 1/2 will do, yet great caution should be used while whatching yhe index marks you made CLOSELY! Some guns have poor triggers and controllability.
Use caution and common sense here!
-
BS! Many have used it for years. Early Gassers had some issues, but that was the bike. The stuff does have cleaning properties.
It is thinner, making the clutch reaction quicker. Not for all, but be your own judge.
-
Having read some of this info in the past, I just do not get it! What, Gasgas cannot provide for what they built?
What are they putting in the new ones and what has changed to make it work?
-
Looks like a proper job for a 3/8 rattle gun to me. Should take them right off. Scribe the nuts and shafts prior to removal so you can take them back to proper position or slightly beyond for proper torque upon reinstallation as they are somewhat torque critical.
-
Part number M276. It is illustrated in the parts book, but the number is not called out it seems. As far as I know they come installed still, as my 12 bike has one, but cannot say for sure. May message Splatshop unless others chime in.
Seem as they may not be totally necessary, as the(washerhead) bolt(as compared to hex screw on earlier years) is sealing to the ali case all by itself, so if it is not leaking I would not worry too much.

Might message Splatshop Chris! I think he may have a wheel application guide.
I think it may well work, yet require different spacers providing they are both 4 bolt hubs..
-
I have seen some of the worlds best on total crap practice tires doing the incredible! Some wear them to the nub!
-
We obviously need to pay more respect to these folks!
-
Yup, Both!
Where you going now lad? Vegas?
-
Three times, is that all? Good work man!
-
No, no, you must stop riding before you do more damage!!!
-
Its all about the torque curve of the motor and the revs. Most 125's will not pull a big hill in 3'rd gear without special gearing like a 48 rear or they will fall below their peak power range and falter as they do not have the excess power to recover.
Seems he is feathering the clutch as well, hoping to keep in range.
-
wELCOME pAUL,
Goog God man, you spell worse than me after a pint or three, so you mus be ok!
-
Such a sweet little motor! Pity we cannot have something like that nowadays for punters and beginners bikes! On a modernized chassis this would be superb!
-
I do not know that you necessarily need the larger main, as the 118 should allow it to rev out cleanly and quickly which is ok.
One point on the low speed jet does not make a lot of difference, say 35 vs 36, but may be just enough. Normally takes 2 sizes for much difference!
-
As stated, the 200 is a bit slower geared, but will go! Your choice!
