right, I am defo going to the N E London mcc trial this weekend (unless it's a p65/twinshock event) as I have not ridden for the past 2 weeks and I think I'll go a bit mental if I don't get out on the bike I have noticed the words "Meteor Group" in front of a few trials announcments. What is it?????

I know!!!!! I'm pretty sure you have seen this before? I have seen you try some of the moves on the vid yourself, and you have absolutly nailed some of them

Sounds like a good one but it is a bit too far and I didn't put an entry in. I see there is a north hants trial on, what are they like? Another problem I have found with moving to a new area is you don't know what route to ride. I have been riding the hard route in lincolnshire but how does that compare with the hard route down there???? does anyone know??? Also your grading, novice/inter/expert is that a centre thing? When you go to a new centre do you take your grading with you or start again???? sorry for all the questions cheers spike

I would do low weight high reps, better for muscular indurance. for arm put do wrist curls with low weight, only need a couple of kg. Everything helps, better to give it a go than never know thats what I say.

Ok my bad.

Just got back from Haven and vince had just delivered one to a bloke in tamworth today!!!!! Had a look at the 09 bike in the shop and to be honest I can't see why everyone is being so negative, the bike looks as good and as well built as any of the other 09 2t bikes.... Hope they get on well.

Just picked up my new beast cant wait to ride it.... anyone got any hints /tips for the 250f????

might ride this weekend if I have the time, moving house on monday so have plenty to keep me busy. Not going to lincoln on Fri for same reason. Hope you all have a good one
