This would be where i would start... you still get a spark but it would in the wrong place if the key had sheared..

I just take the cover off after i've power washed the bike and spray some WD40 in and around the fly wheel , and then wipe away.. leave if off while in the workshop and put back with a little sealer before i ride again. When the bikes going though a big service about every two months, i take fly wheel off and have a really good clean and then spray with a small amount of WD40. never had any worrys with mine.. Has any one tried the 2 map CDI from westcountry windings ???? Be intrested to know what there like..

Yes it can be done ,but your not going to like the cost.... The 2000/2001 air filters are ready available over here in the uk and are cheaper than the newer ones... If your bike is in pristine condition and your not rideing in mud all the time, i would say save your money and buy just the filter. Heres my 2000 with 06 upgrades...

Should fit ok as long as its the six bolt holes on the rear sprocket.. not so sure about the gearing as 40---11 maybe a little high... ( i went with 42---10 on my 1997 techno and that worked well for me) The RK chains are fine had no prombles with the ones i had...

the rear fender will fit from a 2006 to a 2005 but you will want to change more than just the fender to make it look right...

Can anyone tell me the difference between dexron 2 and dexron 3 ATF oil...and which one people use in there rev3...

Part number for the rear brake complete ..... 25:03046000 for a 2004 rev3.. They don't seem to list the carrier as a seprate item.. Give your local dealer a phone and see if they so come as two parts. Got to say it but that is one f****d rear trye...

This might be of some help too you... gas gas help or try this .....sherco fork seal replacement I know there for a sherco, but there nearly the same as the TXT.. hope it helps...

The three main local clubs launceston, Holsworhty and Devonport are all AMCA so he can ride a what he likes in them, but if he was to ride say west of England or mortonhampstead which are ACU then he would need a 125cc machine... If your looking for a new bike and hes good than go for a 125cc,, he'll only get better... mike
