Just my two cents, BUT he cannot spin his bars 360 , as he still has a clutch line normally routed, that would interfere with that. if you look at the other pics, you can see it does allow him to go well past what would be full lock on a stock GG or any other bike for that matter ! Just an expensive customization as far as i can tell !! But very cool looking ! CJ

Your's too ! Our riding areas are very different(i wish we had less trees , you probably wish you had more LOL) but thats one of the best things about riding trials is that its so adaptable !! you can ride anything and have fun !! chad

Here are some more i just took this a.m. (sorry no action shots , i was alone !!) The last few with the big boulders , is a new spot. I had never laid eyes on it before this morning, needs work to be rideable , BUT very promising ! chad

Maybe a set of risers would do the trick , theyre easily found, cheaper than a pair of bars and usually you can get diff. sizes. I put 10mm risers from V-MAR on my GG and it made a huge difference ! GOOD LUCK. cj

Your link is bad , id love to see these pics. I grew up near watkins glen (elmira , if youre local ) and while fishing one sat in 1981 , we kept seeing these weird looking bike ride by us, and i asked my dad what they were. He didnt have a clue, BUT made up some bull**** story anyhow !! id love to see them !! cj

Couldnt you just drain the tank, and add your .5 l, .75l or whatever you desired amt is ? I personally dont think i could tell (by weight of fuel) if the tank was full or had only .5l in it !! LOL, cj

Pete , i agree with your sentiment of "support the locals or they wont be there" , well here in the states they arent here ! we do not (generally speaking) have local shops ! all we really have is websites, and you could count those on a single hand ! And it is my opinion that they take full advantage of that fact . So if i can buy a chain(etc)at a traditional cylcle shop @ a better price , i am going to do so ! Dont get me wrong , i am all for supporting the sport of trials, but me spending $90 dollars for a $50 dollar chain , IS NOT going to put more people on trials bikes ! cj

I found the same problem w/my 300 pro. I switched to a 10 tooth fr. and left the rear stock (42 i think??) also i fitted a slow throttle tube (black tube ) and this seems to mellow it out for me , it still has a surplus of power, just slowed things down a bit !! good luck !! cj

Here's my 2 cent's worth , I agree that renthal is not making their own chains and for that matter regina probably is not either! that being said, why pay the big bucks for the PREMIUM name , you can get a perfectly suitable chain for MUCH LESS. The trials community is small and our options (parts)are few, but why pay the "TRIALS" sites/shops big money for what are essentially universal parts! I have no problem in supporting local trials shop/website for trials specific parts, but also feel these retailers are taking advantage by charging "trials" prices for universal type parts , mainly because our options are so few. Do a little homework, save a bunch of money !! cj
