  1. That's one lucky dog.... ( the both )!!! Great photo, great location.
  2. Getting a bit too close.
  3. I enjoy sharing the events actions with all readers, even though I was the third tier reporter for TC this weekend covering our 125 American Youth Cup kids was a blast. I put some photos of Dani and Loris, Matteo and Christian in there... but clearly I was a homeboy reporter with-out any excuses. Stevie and Cody were out-wittted and lost the mind game battle but learned lot's on the world game. I can't say if Stevie wants to try it again? I tried offering little tips for each of them along the way, but nothing could overcome the weather and change of machine size. Cody nailed section two, loop two...what effort, if anyone saw it. He dug out a 3 on day two, loop one, everyone including Dani fived it, Dani did clean it on the first loop. Mark and Stevie are a great team together, sometimes though I thought Kip could be a bit less demanding vocal wise and more supportive. The crowds did notice this stuff. Everything we do now is under a microscope. Loris and Dani have a career in landscaping and path building if trials never works out for them. They sure can groom a section to their liking. The euro kids waited out the competition for up to 40 minutes for one section on the first loop. Dani told me he would have waited Cody out another 20 minutes if he had too. These two euro kids are pros already. Steve and Sarah Claire Alhers along with lot's of others so many too mention did a fantastic job. If someone from Minnesota wants to start naming the group list names... feel free... they earned it and more, what an event.
  4. Not sure.... I just got home, I can give a few details. The creek sections were officially closed for the second loop from flash floods. Dougie said it was an excellent call given he would have been swept up into Lake Superior. His bike was submerged once. His right wrist was trashed from a crash and had ice on it. It was a Fugi-Gas day from start to finish. Dougie did fight back earning the best second loop score of 15 but still could'nt overtake Albert or Fugi. Dougie and FugiGas cleaned 11 sections. A note, Graham Jarvis is one of the best class act guys ( "spot on" for the brits ) you will ever meet. Him and Ed his minder allowed my cousin to be a pack mule for the weekend and didn't treat him like a mule at all. Graham treated him as one of the team. By the way, I think Noel did a killer job too.
  5. These boys claimed to be the bunch.... They are loud and give all riders the verbal business. Laia got an ear full in spanish from one of these guys.
  6. Seven riders, nice class.
  7. I did Kinell, thanks to you too. I'm sure there are a few folks in the USA that will be keen on the content. They will have to order a copy from the publishing company.
  8. Not off the topic at all, Thank you... I have to give credit to Sean and the editors and graphic designers of TrialsWorld for making understandable for the UK readers. As a footnote to the article, I personally asked Stevie Darrow if he was competiting in Duluth, he told me yes in Tennessee. As for Cody, I was guessing because of his already interest in the WCT events. Neither have committed on the list above. What a shame...no USA riders, maybe next time?
  9. Can Fugi continue his Duluth winning streak?
  10. Where are the U.S.A. riders who are competing? None are signed up on the provisional list.
  11. Smage Farms, Southeast Wisconsin, the weekend after Duluth. Ask for Noel-262-723-4773
  12. Four were right, any picks on day 2?
  13. Lane now has AMA Pro points in 2005, What kind of stunt-(rev) was this? Finish this comic act in style, tell me... Ringo had to be his minder.
  14. If you care, post who will win... day 2?
  15. Tell us ish, if a typhoon is forecast for the area, who will benefit.... the four stroke or two?
  16. Excellent call for the other classes, but these are high school kids.... the soda fountain will do for them, right?
  17. Home? Aren't these guys heading to Caly next weekend? Really sad to miss this leg of the season, just way too many miles with Duluth coming up. Kudos to Louise for her first victory! Great ride Stevie for nearly topping Peters, and how did Hofstrand place second in the high school class to Daniel Allen with exact scores... zeros and ones?
  18. Can't stop laughing! Dude, you are way too funny. See you next month?

    Yeti

I'll one up you Brian, This beast is some sort of legend. According to insiders this creature has saved many a rider. I couldn't help but make Patrick pose with Yeti.
