  7. High lots of people here and in spain use BPS ormore recently Magicals you can get both from Stuart at BPS on france(0033) 687383530 I've recently fitted BPS alloy body shocksto my 247 which are a lot better than betors you can feel the back end following the ground over rocks instead of hopping from rock to rock; they now supply these fitted with ball end swivel mounts you see lots of these fitted to hondas cheers

  13. High Steve 247.348 have the same seals part no 0099.2540D (internal diameter 25 external 40) both sets that I have fitted have been single lipped and so where the old ones part no changes for the 349 although the parts book I have is for the final version and is 0099.2540SDE (same sise)I haven't had to replace these but i guess that if double lipped are standard it would be to deal with increased crankcase compression where did you get the 24 from? if it is from the company that ground down the crank? if so it would be to deal with the grind down perhaps but seems to be a bit tight i'd see if anyone else can shed light on the double lip question or contact http://www.brt-bearings.com they say that they can manufature oil seals to individual requirements ie 24.85mm they would also now if "SDE" means double lips have you got a decompressor yet? you'll need it cheers Ian
  14. Hi check that you also have enough fuel getting to the carb, I have just fixed a bike for a friend who was told seals gone or piston gone etc ,when I looked in the petrol tap the rubber gasket with the three holes had disolved into a sticky gum and completly blocked it,also check petrol cap vent , assume you have cleaned jets and set float height etc cheers
  15. HI cota 247 pistons start at 71mm and go to 73 mm (5 in all ) they are in stock here at
  16. hi you don't need to remove the clutch arm, case should come right off ...you can download a manual and parts book from the TODO site, when you set up the clutch make shore you have 2-3mm of play at the handle bar;;; also when you take the cover off note which way round the the brass piston fits onto the arm there is a small recess on one side -if it goes in the wrong way the clutch will slip and the face of the clutch spider pressure plate will become worn this perhaps spounds a bit complicated but is straight forward once you have the cover off cheers helm
