  1. Brian, Welcome Aboard......You seriously thinking about giving up the "flying brick"? Maybe not but, best thing You could do is take on a light weight trials bike for fun and exercise. Best of both worlds .
  2. I'm just wondering if low tire pressure causes a shift.
  3. Grant, click the words trials centrial, top middle of page, after that arrives, click community, then make your class ifieds choice. If that doesn't work, contact Andy for further instructions, good luck
  4. Grant, as I've learned, go to the community bar on the main heading and hit that for choices.
  5. Jon, could you describe for us what a tea bagger is, exactly?
  6. IF ANYTHING GOES, here goes....... For those who say they don't give a care, May I remind you that Islamic radicals have already vowed to eliminate us in the name of Alah. Let us band together as decent human beings and fellow riders to demand our politicians give us certain rights we have known in the past like, national security, energy independence, smaller government with transparency, and lower taxes by cutting spending,it doesn't matter where you live. We have our Margaret Thatcher waiting in the wings, her name is Sarah Palin. Barry O. isn't anything he was Cranked up to be. Challenge me on the facts.
  7. Spot on Copemech, I'd say you're more informed than 90% of Americans. Funny how liberals still attack W for protecting freedom though, isn't it?
  8. Steve, Great looking bug! We knew them well, but tell me...... How do you run the 11's with what use to be a 36hp air cooled four? Any details will be appreciated, keep up the good work.

Thanks Jordi, That's an awsome trick
  10. Tomog, that 2 stroke thing should not be a problem, 2 strokes made good bikes for many years before 4 strokes became popular. My most important concern would be tires; premature wear and effectiveness in rainy weather, other than that you should be good traveling just 10 miles, have a ball.
  11. Howard, I just put a slow throttle on my bike, and it serves my ability well. Best way I can describe it is; it has a smaller diameter cable reel, thus requiring more of a twist to reach full throttle. It tamed my bike down considerably. I bought mine from RYPUSA.com, Ryan Young Products
  12. Welcome aboard, Jon. Have any pictures of that ole Puch?
  13. Let's start our own business making replacement rear fenders for trials bikes After all, we use to buy these for way less than
  14. Fred, great story of a new beginning, I hear ya, I'm exactly where you are today.

    Great pics, Thanks GIZZA5
  16. Sherco rider, I too have just received a new Sherco. The first thing I put on it was a slow throttle, makes the bike much more controllable. Next, I decided to protect the forks with the long carbon fiber look shields, already useful. Lastly, I'm sorting out the Carb, as it came from the factory on the rich side here at sea level. I've dropped the needle once, and will drop it again to it's lowest level before switching to the next smallest main jet if necessary. Other than that, just routine chain maintenance, tire pressure, and cable lube are all that's been required so far. Good luck with yours, rockyrider. OH, I'm breaking mine in at 64:1, for the first 5 gallons.
  17. You.mentioned it was really cold, I'm wondering if the throttle cable was stuck. This has happened to me when I used the wrong lubricant on the cable.
  18. When I went looking for another Belstaff I was shocked to find out they were now about $750. I think the last one I bought used, was $25. I just gave it away to the salvation Army because it was too small. Not to worry I made a purchase of a new jacket by Fly racing, available from motorcycle-superstore.com for about
  19. Can also be seen at...... RYPUSA.COM
  20. Even Better...The TR3. seat was a dead giveaway.
