May 13, 201511 yr I've been waiting patiently for press releases etc regarding recent uncertainties with several manufacturers; does anyone have any gossip that can be shared?
May 13, 201511 yr Current rumours are that Vertigo will produce the 2016 Model in September-ish. TRS will start in September if all goes well. Gas Gas to produce the Factory/Raga Rep in June with plans to re commence production soon after that. Ossa are dependant on Gas Gas so expect a few bikes to appear if the Gasser's do. JGas are in production but have no UK importer. You could probably get one if you can find a Spanish dealer and a truck. No news yet on the importer although they say they are in talks with interested parties. All the above apart from JGas are just Rumours though so we just have to wait. May 14, 201511 yr Just to clarify: The Vertigo Combat will go into production later this year - model year 2016 - the exact date of when these will be on general sale has not been set yet and is currently under final evaluation based on the data collected from the 6 prototype machines ridden at the recent SSDT. No machines for public sale will be produced in advance of this main and planned release.
May 14, 201511 yr Author Nice to meet another cynic/realist, Mr Dabster.... How will GG be able to produce the Raga in June prior to production activities recommencing? I understood there may be a disgruntled work force? Will be nice to see the TRS when it arrives. Mr Tarres does make exceedingly good bikes :0) How much more "testing" do Vertigo need? It looks pretty damn good already.

May 16, 201511 yr Even if gas gas do release a new bike soon, with the way the workers have been striking and supposedly not been paid ,would you buy anything that's come off their production line?!?

May 17, 201511 yr Nice idea but the TRS business model has to work and finances have to be kept in check. The fact that GG keep paying Raga shows the investors intentions. If they thought Gg was a dead duck they'd have stopped paying him ...surely . I think there's hope.
