Bike Trials

Hi all. I just bought my first cyclo Trials bike - I'll be 37 in a couple of months though and I'm so unfit just tying my shoes is an effort! I won a Mission Prodigy with Magura hydraulics for a ton on ebay and I'm expecting delivery soon. I just need to find some where to practise, lose a couple of stone in weight and I'll be away!! Are there any other late starters to bike trials out there?

Evening all, I dont get to post much these days, its a bit difficult to follow or reply to mototrials when you don't ride anymore. I pop in every now and then for a look whats happening, but...I thought you might like to see what I gave up mototrials for. Thats what drains my wages, destroys my body and keeps me occupied these days Some people aren't a fan of the yellow rims, but nevermind, thought you might want a peek Enjoy.

Hi Guy's How do you rate the Pashley 26 MHz frame. ( one to ten) Do you think it was the best at the time is was made. Do you think that it should now be classed as a "classic". Do you think there should be a class for this "Classic" bike.as a one make series. Its up to you Guy's now. Regards.Charlie.

i know how to pedal hop i just can't seem to get the hight or the distance out of mine im not using a proper trials cycle, but i know people who can do it on mountain bikes too thanks -Jesse

I would like to buy a trials bicycle. Does anyone know of any bike shops in Amarillo, Albuquerque, or Denver who have them on the floor. I have found only online stores WebCyclery and Midwest bike trials . I would like to "sit" on one before I fork over $1,450. I am reluctant to buy one sight unseen. Advice on which bike would be best for a fat old man would be appreciated. Thanks Doug

I can hop all day on the bici, but the Motorcycle is real tuff! The shock just sucks all the energy out of the motion. I'm sure you bike/moto people should have some tips. sam

How important is rear wheel moves in bike-trials, are they needed in the sport level class.

New vid now online. Some neat stuff - big drops for a 13 year old. Love the front wheel hopping. I know it's taken a lot of practice to manage it. Makes it look easy now. Click Here

Scorpa is making a trials bicycle frame?
