Hi Has anyone tried removing peeling decals, cleaned them, then reapplied. If so what glue did you use and was it worth it? Cheers

Thank you all for the help. I enterend my first trial on 8/9/15 (last Sunday) and had a blast. It was mostly a climb fest, in and out of a gully with a creek and loose shale at the bottom. I tried (and failed) at some of the easier sections, and skipped others. The drop in to access the creek that the sections were based out of was intimidating. I shut the bike down and watched rider after rider dissapear over the edge. A young and inexperienced rider stopped next to me. He said " Wow! That looks scary! I'm new to this too." I agreed and tried to calm my nerves. He then started his bike, said "well here goes nothing", sat down on his bike and walked it over the edge. Th…

Did a forum search for "SKF" and got no results. We just replaced the original seals in my son's 2003 Sherco with the new and highly recommended SKF seals. Being thrifty, in the past I've just removed the originals, cleaned, greased and reinstalled them. The new SKF seals required very little force on the seal driver to install, just a firm push. The old seals had to be driven home with a slide hammer action. Has anyone else who has installed the SKF seals found them to be this easy? Did they remain oiltight? They appear to have a lot more stretch to the sealing lip that slides, the backup coil spring couldn't hurt either. It's the outside circumference of the SKF that see…

I were just wondering if trialcast have changed the design of their footpegs. I bought mine from Steve off e-bay for a much cheaper price but it might be because they were the old design.

I've just made a last minute decision to go watch the World Trial GP in Italy this weekend. I'm travelling (alone) early Saturday Morning and was wondering if there's any lads going who I could meet up with for a few beers on Saturday night. A mate of mine's out there with his Mrs which is cool through the day but I don't really want to play gooseberry on an evening over a meal. Cheers!!

This is more like a short story than a question. so please bear with me. 99 Scorpa Easy Paioli left hand fork leg, in the bottom of the leg i have a damper rod about 200mm long. Basicly this is a tube with a washer fixed to the top, under the top is the top-out spring, inside the bottom of the spring is a stepped washer - more like a spacer on a rear wheel - fitting tight inside the spring. The outer diameter is the same as the spring outer diameter. Below that is a normal washer and then a circlip in a groove that holds all the bits tight to the top of the rod. The spring snapped a piece off the bottom causing the washers to sit on an angle which in turn forced the ci…

hi all I know its not trials but... I am currently rebuilding the gearbox on a 1999 kawasaki kx 80. This really has me stumped right now because the two shaft of gears inside will not turn together. I have 2nd 6th and neutral turning but none of the other gears will turn. As far as i can make out, this is because the pins on the gears are ingaged, stopping it from turning. Im thinking that it could be the selector drum slipped on the shaft and not engaging the correct gears?? If anyone could shed any light on this problem i would be very appreciative. max P.s The bike was run without any gearbox oil.
