We have created a link to a more trials specific web site that can be quickly and easily updated by myself & first gear Steve (not possible in the past). The hope is this is easier and more useful to the people that visit it, so please have a look and let me know what you think. Anyone with experience in this area please take a look and advise me on ways to improve the site. Hi, All UK riders.. I'm new in the trials game, I have been riding some enduro the last few years and wanted to try the trial sport, so I picked up a 2003 Sherco2.9 for cheap since the engine is broken, but I have found a 2004 290 engine on Ebay Located in YORKSHIRE UK, But the seller dont want to ship it to me here in Denmark due to the size and weight of the engine, Is It impossible to send a engine by courier to Denmark and if possible, would there be any couriers near Yorkshire being willing to pick up the engine and send it to me? As i really want to get my "new" ride running soon. Thanks in advance for any help I can get from you guy's

Not done this one before. The entry acceptance email mentions leaving a fuel can at a garage a few miles away from the start. Is this the only fuel stop required for the AJ? Is this still required if we have a support vehicle, or is there nowhere for the vans to get near us? Or is it just a question of designated fuel stops because of the environment issues? Cheers.

Having only ridden in beginers trials and one club trial up until now ( i usually get a top 10 finish ) could anyone tell me how they compare with the Dave Curry novice clubman trial this sunday? i rode a Y&G club trial a few months ago and it was hard going as i have only been riding 10 months

Hi all, just looking for a bit of advice on getting into trials really. bought my first trials bike a couple of weeks back, a 2002(i think) sherco 250. Been out a couple of times so far and having a lot of fun, Ive always had bikes (rode mx and did my bike license at 17) but the trials is definitely a new style of riding ive not experienced before! lots of technique involved... I live in gloucester and was wondering what clubs were about, how the licensing works (acu amca etc), how to get involved in doing some trials events and also where can you find fixtures for the events? Any input appreciated and heres a pic of the bike!

How much snow have they had round Castleton? Will it be gone by the weekend?

Has the date for th 07 Manx been confirmed yet? I know it is very early but I have been informed I have to go to Belgium for business next August, and wont arrive back until Saturday 25th. If this clashes with the Manx I may have to resign.

Its probably a long shot, but did anyone happen to pick up a carbon (black) fork protector laying around. I have no idea where abouts I lost it but Im gutted I as I forgot to put a cable tie round them before the trial. I noticed it was missing at Dove dale 2 which means it could be anytwhere from section 1 - 34ish lol. I did have a big crash at Dovedale 1 on the last section in the group, so it may have dropped off there. Cheers Tony

anyone help? i have e,mailed Tong farm (parkwood off road center) in Bradford a few times now and have had nothing back. So does anyone know if they have open days for trials bikes? if so when and how much does it cost? any information would be great full........Also does anyone know the situation about ridding in Scotland? some one told me you can camp and ride any where is the ture? (no trespass law) is this true? thanks again

Whats it like following the trial round on foot, or in and out of a car? Does anybody have any maps of where the trial goes, Bit like they do in the scott programme? Any info to help justify dragging my wife and dog up to watch would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

Ordered a new set of "trials" gear on Tuesday ..by phone...from an internet company that shall remain nameless at the moment...Clice pants and Hebo top my new "trials" top and pants came through the post today Turns out...trials wear is exactly the same as MX wear....or so the trials shop thinks They sent me "Clice" pants and top which where obviously MX gear...even says so on the top You`d think that a shop with "trials" in the name would know the bl**dy difference between the different clothing Got to try and get this lot back to them and new gear out to me by Christmas Eve now... Ok ...thats my rant over Regards N

Just got back from the first youth A&B of the season could of done with skis on some of the sections. Good day out though even the weather was spot on, only trouble was we were spectating instead of competing. Anyway anybody got the results? the scoreboard was A4 sheets & slightly small with thirty odd people looking.

Just a wee note to reiterate that seperate routes will be run for "c" &"D" licence riders at the Invaders and a minder will be allowed who should sign on as the responsible person. Get your entries in as times getting short, regs can be found on Trials central under Lochaber invaders trial. Hope to see plenty "keyring" bikes there.
