Well had another fantastic day at the Scott the weather could not have been better for spectating, i was up bright and early trusty camera in hand and set off to take my customary 300 to 400 shots and all was going to plan i nearly got all of the riders through reels head which was a real stopper today and i only saw a few cleans with three's being the order of the day,and it was a quick dash over to whaw bridge to get some more shots, by this time john sunter was way in front and flying and its great to see a real local heading the field, well i got a lot pictures here of the riders and i was off again to my last section of the day and here is where it all went wrong for…

Arkengarthdale trialler Jack Stones (189) rode the Scott trial on October 21aiming to get his 300cc Beta through the eighty sections then park it in hisgarage. Jack's next mount will be a jumbo jet and the long flight to NewZealand where he will work for three months as an agricultural engineer withhis pal Graham Clarkson (79). It will be second time round for Jack who works on the family farm for his father Robert. For Graham Clarkson it will be afirst time antipodean adventure. His father Ted was a talented grass sidecar competitor so motorcycles are steeped in the Scotton family. Photos: Barry Robinson

Hello all I have just bought my first trials bike which i am very pleased with and have rode it on a few fields etc to get used to the slow, balancing side of the sport. I would like to also ride on some trails, wooded areas or farmland etc but do not know where to go to. I live in Milton keynes but do not mind travelling to get to somewhere to ride. I suppose the furthest i'd like to travel is up to an hours drive (ish). But the closer the better really. So can someone give me any ideas please? cheers
