need some help, I will be going to look at and possibly purchase a 2006 wr 250f and need some advice on what to look for on this particular model, are there any particular faults i need to look for? Also does anyone know if it will fit in the back of my renault kangoo? or will I have to take te front wheel off? thanks for your help Spike

having checked out next years event ( 01/01 -15/01) agian in south america i could count only two uk motor cycles no quads a car and two trucks, i think this must be the lowest uk entry..

Got my eye on a 410 and the money is most right. Pretty nice piece. Runs good and isn't beat up. One small dent in the rear fender. Paint is pretty good. Really considering buying it, but wondering about where to find parts if I need them. Any help would be Great.

Looking for info on this bike - could not find much on-line (just basic specs). I'm keen to know if the engine is a Cagiva design/manufacture or if it was supplied by Honda (or another manufacturer) and if so what is the engine also used in (eg XR500)? Any common problems for this bike? Where could I get spares from? All info greatly appreciated. Cheers

I brought the bike form swindon march 2008 , it was a right mess but with time and patience it,s now on the road. Not an easy bike to restore but im pleased with it , just done the east coast charity run on it last weekend and got soaked doing it

Looks like the big BUSINESS "ACU" have scuppered any chance of six days glory "AGAIN", the trials and enduro commitie seem hell bent on profit not results, how many times do we see this . ANY SELECTION should go on preformance , not following stupid criteria.... I feel sorry for Fast Eddie , having met him a few times, he is a top bloke . its alway politics with the ACU jobsworths... The americans seem to have the AMA and they look after everone, why oh why do we have so many federations and factions allways "INFIGHTING".

Can anybody help answer a question please? Montesa 360 H7 Enduro, fitted with Marzocchi forks, are the fork lowers made of magnesium alloy or plain old aluminium alloy? The yokes have 'magnesium' embossed into them. I've posted this in the Montesa section as well Thanks.

Theres a huge enduro on this weekend in my neck of the woods down in deepest France. Thought I would pop over and have a look at the 600 odd riders, just wondered if any one knew of any Brits entered that I should look out for... Seems the cream of France and Belgium plus some older Favorites will be there so if anybody knows please add a reply. Thanks very much

Just read that Doug Lampkin came third behind Knighter and Tom Sagar. Did they have the trials race as they have had in previous years???? Any results???

Can some one with a little more knowledge than me regarding bike values help. I have been offered a 1999 ktm 300 cc the guy is looking to move back to the uk, the bike is in France and he is selling a lot of is gear before the move. He has asked me to make him a sensible offer. The bike is in good condition, has has been well looked after, can someone please advise me on a ball park figure so neither of us is dissapointed. Just noticed this Yamaha on ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...e=STRK:MEWAX:IT which is claimed to be a "1986 Yamaha 250 YZ - ex Works Enduro Bike. This bike won 1987 British Enduro Championship" I can't remember who won the 87 championship or on what - Edmunson on the Honda? - but I don't think it was a Yamaha and I don't think Yamaha had any official entries on YZs in enduros. Does anyone know if this bike is genuine or not? It seems a fairly strong claim to make if it isn't true. It's a pity as the bike looks very nice and should sell well on its own merits.

I was riding my DRZ on the road a few years back when I sailed over the bonnet of Mr Sales Reps Speeding Vauxhall, taking his door mirror off with my helmet on the way down the other side. I could just have easily been on my Triumph Daytona and would probably have been killed if I had! The DRZ went over his bonnet, bounced off his windscreen and landed on the road in front of his bumper with little more than a smashed waterpump and a dented down pipe, but since that day the wheels have been out of line. Although we came together on my side of the road, it was deemed my fault for pulling out, so no pay out for my damage! I'd like to get it pulled back straight, does a…
