  5. The Sacramento PITS is proud to announce our 2017 season kick-off trial in Copperopolis, CA! The British-American Cup will take place March 4th and 5th where we can camp with the family, enjoy a kids trial, ride a gate trial on Saturday and our Class A trial on Sunday. There's probably not a more diverse area to have a trial, the landscape from the old copper smelter gives us some unique sections in water, fantastic hill climbs, technical turns, newly downed trees, granite rocks and even the infamous House of Pain, check out the pics and you'll see what we mean! http://www.sactopits.org/event/bac/?instance_id=166

There will be an ahrma Trials at Unadilla's MX Rewind June 10th. There will also be a non ahrma points class for Post 79 Air-cooled trials bikes with drum brakes and twin shocks just like last year. So bring your Can Am's, TLR's, Fantic's SWM's and others, compete just like everyone else, and get a trophy for your efforts. Also need help with checking. So if you can bring a friend, they can get in free on Friday, as long as I have their first and last names a week or two prior to the event. Contact me here or email me at: gabrennan@sbcglobal.net

  11. So as I prepare for a two week vacation in Europe starting this week I am reflecting on some of the cool things I will be missing and what I need to make my way to when I get back. In Michigan this weekend near Ann Arbor (Go Blue!) we have the crew from Whitmore lake aka Metro Trials putting on their event: http://www.motatrials.com/11-metro Also this weekend in Columbus IN is Stoney Lonesome... Epic property with a two day event that will leave you tired and a great smile on your face.... http://www.trialsinc.org/?trigger=sch2&ID=32 Then almost as soon as I get off the plane I'm off to just South of Lansing for the Michigan Vermontville event Mid Mich…

On a quiet day back in the 1977 there was a world round held in Port Huron Michigan. It was a great success and the spirit of that event still holds true. In just over a week we will be hosting a Vintage cup here in MOTA near Port Huron. I know that vintage days are this weekend but if you need to get two more days of Vintage riding under your belt just stop on up to Metamora MI and ride with us. http://www.motatrials.com/events-schedule/14-vintage-cup Hope to see you there! --Biff

Our next event is Dolores Co on Aug 9/10 with all the fun of the usual format of riding in the Town Parade and then 36 sections a day. This year is NOT a National and the sections will therefore be slightly easier. Full details of all the section building are up and coming on the "blog" so you can see what is on offer. 9/10 Aug is the Town's Escalante Days festival so accommodation is tight. If you planning on coming BOOK early! Tony

  15. So all of that snow is gone! If it isn't well thats good too because we have a place for you!!! You should get some inspiration. Get off your couch! Get on your bike! More importantly get out there and compete. For the past five or so years some of the best clubs in the upper mid west have been riding together. MOTA and Trials Inc have been combining one event into both of their series. Its very common to have over 100 riders each of the two days. Now I know that those of you in Europe scoff at that but in America its a bit of a home comming that we all enjoy. This weekend in Ligioneer Indiana will be the first and second MOTA event along with the fourth and fifth Trial…

  16. Just thought I'd share a couple pics of what to expect for those coming to the 1st ever AMA/NATC national in Kansas, this May 31st/June 1st. For those that don't know, Kansas isn't completely flat! Ark Valley Trials Association has done a great job preparing for this event. These pics were taken before clearing limbs and leaves, but now most of the areas are ready for ribbon! Check out www.avtatrials.com for more info. There's some pretty cool club history tid-bits on the website too, including info on NATC hall of famer Bill Grapevine. Here's an old video showcasing our 1st time riding the the area back in 2009: <ifr…
