I've got new fork springs coming for my '99 321TXT. I'm wondering how I remove the springs from the damper rod assembly. It doesn't have the nut at the top of the damper rod like the newer style forks. So before I start messing with it how do I disassemble it? Couldn't find any info it the maintenance video or on the web. Thanks for any help.

dellorto phbg 21 ds gas gas 70 2003 Carburettor adjustment. Hi all I am trying to adjust the tickover on this carb/ bike . There are two adjustment screws on the side Idle mixture and slide stop screw . I have taken this carb apart and blew out and cleaned all visible jets and galleries. Now back on bike and starts and runs ok but the tickover screw doesn't seem to be able to screw in any more to raise the speed of engine. I have bought a new slider and this does not make any difference. Can anyone think of any other things I may be missing . Regards Neil

My chain came off today and started to coil around the front sprocket snapping the little alloy crank case breather off I have the right angled bit, but the part that pushes into the crank case has fell inside the crank case. Any ideas how to get it out other than pray it comes out with dropping the oil. Can I take this side of the crank case off or do I have to start with the clutch side and work my way back. Many thanks

  16. Quite the pain in the butt! All the fun of fishing a hose through the swing arm, and then of course the notorious bleeding! The replacement hose wasn't exactly like the original. The Original hose had a longer solid line section at the MC, with multiple small bends.. Anyone ever see that particular version of the hose? I did dig about online with no real luck. Good part is, I have a rear brake again!

Hey guys it seems like a never ending journey to fix this leak. I removed the radiator and brought it to the shop. The guy at the shop recommended that I take off the fan so he could pressure test it. Can I just take the fan motor off with the 3 allen screws or do I need to take the entire thing off by drilling out the rivets and re riveting to reassemble?

Hi One of our TXT 50 boys threw its chain yesterday and annoyingly wrapped itself around the front sprocket twice.Since this catastrophie 1st gear is quite musical and jumpy. Have pulled motor from frame and have started to strip gearbox down, fault seems to only be in first when you turn the sprocket, big notch followed by a lot of slack. Thinking possible stripped tooth. Anyway wondering if anybody can point me towards any parts manuals, workshop manuals etc. Regards Simon
